this question has been bugging me for quite some time.. kat-tun is a band that was formed in 2001 right? but is it they only had their first album this march?? im reallie confused. and there's something about dreamboy.. wad's that?? oh my.. i have alot of clarification to do.. haha. _________________

yup, they were formed in 2001, but only debuted last march, so that was five years of waiting. anyway, while undebuted, they had a lot of perfs, guested in lots of shows, did dramas, and had their own concert. so they pretty much did what every band did, only minus the debut. anyway, their first and official album, BEST OF KAT-TUN, which marked their debut, came out march22.
the dreamboys thing is a musical they had, together with kanjani8. if i'm not mistaken, it was 2004 then there's also dreamboys 2005 and 2006. anyone, please correct me if i'm wrong. i'm not too sure about dreamboy facts. _________________

Yeah, it's kinda funny, was it Domoto Koichi who hand-picked them? I think it was him. Anyway, they were originally only supposed to be back dancers, and probably they weren't supposed to be a unit forever. But look what happened!

2004 Dreamboy was actually Takki's musical where KAT-TUN participated as well. Then musical's lead was given to Kame in 2005, coz Takki was busy shooting Yoshitsune. I've read that the storyline of Kame's Dreamboy is little different from Takki's... and well this show of 2005 is called fully �gHey!Say!DreamBoy�h if i'm not mistaken. and then there is musical from January 2006 and it's called "Dreamboys" where Kame is lead actor as well.
he-he, i dunno about differences in storyline between all of them, and if there are any, gomen ^^ i sooo bad fangirl, i still haven't watched them ^^ (didn't have time in truth poor me)
ah, abt storyline - good description of first (Takki's Dreamboy) you can read here...
then here is report abt January 2006 Dreamboys performance (btw i haven't read it myself - coz don't wont spoilers xDxD, wish see the show firts ^^) but hope it makes some sense, ne ^^
actually 2006 Dreamboys were released on dvd couple of days ago ^^
as to 2005 - there is fancam of it... at some clubbox, don't remember exactly which one...
