I want to see Ringu tv dramas. What do you think?? Are good?? I've saw the movies and I love them, but I want to know if the dramas really worth it.

SOS is not too bad for me. But I much prefer Long Vacation. Highly Recommended!

Long Vacation, of course! The cast is really good, and the story's better than SOS.

Just like everybody else, I say Long Vacation. But I dont understand what everybody hate with SOS, I thought it was kinda good ^^;;;

Yup, long vacation is better. SOS isnt bad though, I actually liked it as well. This is where I find kyoko the cutest. Like her in that red coat.

I would buy SOS the story hookes you up since the beginning Long vacation was kinda sleepy in the first eps but thats my opinion...seems that everyone else prefers L.V here

I recommand for everyone to watch these J-drama: 1. Be Nice to People 2. Brand 3. Forbidden Love 4. From the Heart 5. GTO TV + Movie 6. Heaven Can't Wait TV + Special 7. Le Bel Homme 8. Shomuni 9. Shota no Sushi I really like them and hope you like them also.

Hm, comedy huh? so whats that one called like Gokusen or something? ...sounds good, i don't know i'll check it out..im kind of new to jdorama myself...i've only watched GTO live action..then later found out about j drama...funny i got GTO live action off of bit torrent at an anime site / animesuki.com to be exact / i also saw you're under arrest there, but thought it'd be bad...and i never thought of dling it...i loved the GTO Drama anyway...Later i searched for BT sites..and some how i ran into this site..this site btw is amazing gallery of jdrama's..and the people who post on the forum are really cool...and the asian models are hott as hell!!!...

maybe i'd say Long Vacation altho i didn't finish the drama...the storyline was quite good.. SOS wasn't bad either but i din't quite undersdand sum parts..n it was quite boring n dragged in the middle part...but hideaki takizawa was hott anyways!!

long vacation has gotta be the most overhyped jap drama ever ... i gave up 1/2 way. the woman in side is just dam irritating. just wan to give her a tight slap. i have NO idea y other pple luve the show so much ... all my frens who watched the show agree with me it totally sucks.

Long Vacation is good (so far), but IMO, SOS is way better. I have actually never seen LOVE portrayed as powerfully, although some of the lines/translations are a bit corny. Also I love that name. What's with the stupid ABBA music videos at the end though?

Can anyone recommend J-dramas for someone whose favorite is Strawberry on the Shortcake? Someone called it "bittersweet" and I agree. I also liked Long Vacation, Beautiful Life, and Good Luck (so far), in that order (but not nearly as much as SOS). I found GTO, Summer Snow, and Virgin Road to be completely unwatchable. I particularly hated GTO. It made me cringe. I couldn't even finish the first episode. Any suggestions?
