I know it's standard for okonomyaki, but I could do without the mayo.

Myself and 3 other friends considered opening a place in either Westwood or Old Pas long time ago.. lunch would have been more younger persons food that was quick and easy to make and consume ("gourmet" hot dogs, burgers, curry rice, ramen, etc). Then dinner would be more formal, and fri/sat would have had some music n stuff...

couldn't get enough funding, we were about $300k short, and a liquor license would have been a nightmare to get, as we didn't have connections back then.
