It's a great workout too. If you eat too much Cheetos, you may have problem breathing. There's also the case where you have to turn on your side, because the remote fell on the floor. Sweat

Yeah, the weather was pretty much the reason I wanted to go for a jog. That and I ate some unhealthy foods. Bonk

it's hard to eat healthy.......with all the american junk food available....
takes tough discipline to not eat the junkfood... Sweat Nut
