just want to ask a question...i notice that discussion here is focused on vcd's. but i'm wondering if anyone downloads jdrama here? cos i frequent d-addicts.com too and it's actually easier and much less costly to obtain the latest jdrama that way. plus you don't have to worry about subtitling, cos there's a lot of eng fansubbing.

I did go to d-addicts but I just can't open the file I'd downloaded... A thing pops up saying I don't have the software to watch... What a pity...

Anyway, I'd been to YouTube recently and oftenly. Though there're not many latest dramas with subs. there but to me, it's better then d-addicts... I think it's the torrent file thing bothering me.. Shameful Cry

ooh got to edit a bit ...
earlier on i said "Brother Beat" vcd doesn't have the "black border" on the top and bottom ..
so the malay+chinese subs looks really big ...

i just checked all the discs ...
i think there's only 3-4 discs without the border ..
the rest still have the black top and bottom borders ...

haha just to inform anyone here who wanna buy ~~

@olivia158 : i rmb last time Poh Kim do sells Hotman 2 ..
but i don't think i see it any Poh Kim now ..
not sure abt TS .. maybe u wanna try ur luck there ~ Smile

oooh .. there's black border on the top and bottom is like tat (points below)

with border

without border

those with border .. the chinese subs would be ON the black border below ..
so that the subs won't cover the picture too much ~

while those without border would have both subs on the picture itself ..

hope this helps Smile

I don't like the 2subs edition... it really takes up alot of space on the screen... almost half to 1/3 of the screen... what for we buy only watching the half screen left... haiZx.. the publishers aren't thinking much abt how we, the consumer feel... Sad so inconsiderate..

I saw it at Poh Kim. But not all outlets have it. Think you'll have to try your luck Smile It cost around $16~$20.

Oh.. Maybe I will try go check it out.
Btw, I was at a Poh Kim store at Costa Sands Pasir ris or sth and i saw KKK 2003 selling at a very cheap price but I didn't buy it cos still not enough money..
But anyway now when I go to other Poh Kim outlets and try to find it, it's not there..
Issit because it's only sold at that particular outlet or they just stopped selling it? Crazy
