hi ,.. bettr introduce myself..:
i'm nehal, from london.... just moved here about 4 month ago (used to live in leicester , bit further up in the midlands of england)..
not sure how many of you are from around here !
i'm 18 yrs old (male); the reason i moved down here was cuz' i started uni (im a medical student).. and my university is great and all but i felt theres one thing lacking in our union - that's a j-dorama society!! so i've got like 25 people who r interested and we're in the process of setting up a j-d soc now for people in imperial college:D --we'll work hard to spread the word of just how great they are !
i started off with hikkii i'm a huge fan of her ..but its no good on my wallet cuz those japanese imports on cds & dvds r expensive and ive kinda like bought all her singles and everything shes ever released so im a bit of a (crazy) hikkii fan:P
next comes the anime, which i really hated at the beginning and i thought im never gnna watch stuff like that [cuz i thought anime was only about gundam and pokemon ]-- but one night at about 4 am (-yeah that's when they show anime over here) i was kinda half awake half asleep and just flicking through channels when i came across Tenchi muyo! .. which i got into in a big way.. i just love romancey /comedy stuff ..im that kinda person. > and when i finally got around to watching GTO i was hooked (this being about a year ago)..
later i sort of got into j-dorama when one of my friends (benny) told me that he watched some cool dramas on vcds he bought back from hk,,
and summer snow was the first jdorama i watched.. i really adored it!,
then i watched a few jd's with kyoko in it ...and the way she can be superkawaii in just about every scene is really astonishing:) its great watchin it;)
uhm anyway i think ive typed a bit too much, sorry for rambling on (but cuz this is my frst post, i can vote now, i hope!)
okie dokie'' nice to meet youuuuuuuu allllll
