have you considered something like contact cement on the headset...
Nah, I prefer more subtle stuff just to drive people insane.
At my last job, a coworker and I used to dick with this manager's PC and he would freak, 'cause he thought he was all that with computers... We knocked his uppity ass down a few notches.

having a headset glued to my head and hand would drive me insane...
reminds me of a one time, my friend called me from his school, it was hell week and everyone was basically living at school finishing their projects. So he'd be awake for 2 days straight. Calls me, John, come pick me up, i welded my hand together.
I was like.. what? you welded your hand together? call the ambulance!
he's said, nah, just come over.. and he told me which building he was in.
i go there and find out that he put a bottle of liquid weld in his pocket, but didn't screw the top on completely. reached in to take it out and squirted the liquid weld all over his hand, and his fingers were stuck in some wierd angles. I had to take him to a hobby store to get some solvent to dissolve the liquid weld...

Good thing he wasn't doing something else with his hand...

Today's Moron update:
As our manager is out for the week, the idiot techie has himself decided to have ALL our sales reps send in their Dell Laptops in to have the batteries replaced. Not bothering to notice that 6 of 10 (laptops) of them aren't even new enough to be recalled.
*sigh*
-----
Update #2,
none of our backup tapes have been sent out for the last 2 months, because "it's not like we have hurricanes to deal with".

Yesterday we had an outage in San Jose, turns out it was caused by a power outage in one of our buildings. When the power went out, an air conditioner started to leak on some equipment, then when power came back on, ZAPPP!!!
Are we high-tech or what? Pretty soon, we'll stop sending people phones, just send out 2 cans and some string
Uh, I'd refrain from using the N-word around here, no matter how cool you think it is.
We don't like Jap or Chink or whatever, so it should apply to all ethnicities.
And I'd like to add, can we stop calling things "gay" here, too? I mean, "that's so gay" is taking a term that defines a group of people and making it a negative. Not cool.
It's like saying "that's so black" or "that's so paki". _________________
