Did you know: People who wear dentures (sp?) can't eat granny smith apples because they have the toughest skins from all green apples.
So it is safe to assume that B has all real teeth. <--- B

Awwww has the food thread made you guilty too?! I'm gonna go hop on the treadmill right after I click the submit button.
A little while ago I got back from the gym after 45 minutes on the stairmaster/ski combo machine. It's my favorite. I set my portable DVD player on the display thingy and watch while I lose. Today I enjoyed Kuraki Mai's memorial concert.... Hooray.
Then I promptly went to McDonalds and had the big hamburger, french fries and DIET soda.... so there.

LOL! Excellent.
One of our treadmills' belt got worn so a maintance guy came to fix it. He was really awkward and stuck up until I offered him a bite to eat. Suddenly he blossomed into a very nice and talkative individual, without the slightest hint of being cold.
My observation: Men + food = better service. _________________
Wow, that's really good! I usually do a 2 mile walk in little over 35min.
at speed 5mph on the treadmill at a level surface, i can do a 12min/mile, and do 2 miles in 24 min's. but i usually run 5.3-5.7 on avg over the course of my runs, which usually are about 3.5 to 4 miles long, sometimes 5, and on a good long run day, i have ran as much as 7 miles or more with avg speeds of 11 min/mile.
that of course is because i have conditioned my body to run, but by no means am i a good fast runner in comparison to others, i only compete with myself to run well.
your walk is approximately 17.5 min/miles, for two miles that is about 35min.

Yup! >>gives you a gold star<<
Wow, that's impressive. I usually go at speed 3.5 on the 'mill if I'm just walking. I don't run because I haven't found a sportsbra that will actually hold my puppies in. >>so f'ing frustrating<< _________________

i think i should do another 10K...but i don't as well on race day, maybe there is too many other people/distractions

Awwww...
Have you ever considered a marathon? I heard it's mad hard work. One of my collegues runs one every year, and she trains for months. Props to all of you who have the strength to do something like that.
Those 12 minute runs they used to make us do in highschool were enough to kill me lol _________________

in highschool....they had something called the pepsicola run...i guess the winner got a pepsi or something...
i think i can in near to last place..i never liked running before while in HS, which was eons ago...lol
but now, running is different, i actually get a natural high off running, and enduring, and being persistant, it also is a mental thing, where you can actually think about a lot of things especially during a long run. besides being good exercise, it's a good stress releaser too, and a bit tiring too after a long work day.
