I finished this movie a few days ago and it was, as you said, hilarious. Didn't think in was in Japanese to do such a movie - a la "Grand Hotel" - but apparently they can.

I still haven't finished it, I'm still on episode 8. But so far, I must say that it's an ok drama, your typical best friends-turned-to-lovers story. You should watch this if you are a big fan of Takako Matsu and Kenji Sakaguchi. And oh yeah, I find the soundtrack cool! Thumbsup

yeah, that's what i'd say too, not the best dorama i've seen for kenji nor matsu. it's an ok dorama but if you wanna see matsu takako, love generation or hero would be better choices. as for kenji, Iryu was rather good - was just released this year.

i'm watching odoru daisousassen, Yusuke Santamaria is much better in this dorama than he is so far in omiai kekkon - seems too toned down in that one. as for oda yuji, he's in top form in this dorama - feels as cheerful as his character in last christmas, i'm really enjoying this dorama - on ep 5 at the moment and hopefully will finish this dorama this weekend.

Watching P.S. Rashomon & Kasouken No Onna 8. Contemplating watching My Boss My Hero since I've been hearing good things about it.

I've watched before. I'm a big fan of Takako Matsu but this drama dissapoint me. Matsu didn't perform really well there, the plot is also common, nothing very special. hikxs.. Shake Head Shake Head

Just finished "Shomuni Final". No surprises here - it was just as much fun as the previous series.

I'm trying to watch "Pride", but so far it's sort of a rough slog.

3 episodes in is too early to judge but sappy melodrama on ice is still melodrama.

I just redownloaded Pride because apparently I had some messed up version (thanks for the help, Tu-san!).

I'm currently watchingn Seikei Bijin. Epi 10, to be exact. I'll watch Pride once I'm done with this one.

Don't know how you can watch so many episodes at one sitting... Not much time for savoring or reflecting... It's like that Japanese kid and the hot dogs. Beaten

O, I usually take a break between each episode. Not major breaks, more like 10 minutes or 15, where I usually do a chore or run an errand. I'm a visual learner so I can retain a lot of visual knowledge. I've never watched more than three episodes in one sitting before. I should try it tho... Yeah
