I haven't checked it out on any "official" websites yet but plenty of Japanese sites and blogs are reporting L'Arc's victory.

Its not hard/ difficult at all. Yes u need a credit card. I use my visa to pay it.
If u are still a minor or dont have ur own cerdit card, u could ask ur folks if u could use theirs.

i see.....but how if the currency is different....for example my currency are rupiah but how if the product i want to buy asking yen??? what should i do?? (sorry for too much asking )

You pay the equivalent amount of yen off with rupiah through the exchange rate. That's why most sites will sell items with a $US price.

Elanor is already answer ur question. She is right. If the US$ price or Rp price is not listed there, u could always convert it on currency converter site.
