i perfectly agree with one of the first threads - HIKARU NO GO!! that should rock besides it's quite "easy" to turn to live action as it hasn't got abnormal stuff to aid with CGI my fav anime is city hunter and was turned to live action thanks to jackie chan - but it wasn't as much as I expected

Ayashi no Ceres would be my first choice.. has been since it got out a few years ago. Hikaru no Go would be more than great too! Great story, very entertaining! Can't really think of other that haven't been mentionned (out of the 1500 animes I own) that I'd really see fit for TV screen. A lot of them would lose some of their charms being drama)

maybe slam dunk..cos i luvd the basketball actions...yaya..i know the anime was shown yrs n yrs ago..but it's still nice...

i've heard rumours about a sequal - that show was really one of my favourite!! do you know anything about it?

actually i would hope they remake the anime (update graphics) and also finish off the series (Inter-High Games) becuz they ended it with that stupid mix-game and didnt tell much of an ending. i think it'd b hard 2 make a d0rama out of it cu of the fact yu'd have to find tall asians that can act and actually look like b-ball players and at the same time match the characters. As for live-action.. hmmm... i would agree on hikaru no g0 xD hajime n0 ipp0 (featherweight b0xing) the only real one i can think of that can actually work is Video Girl Ai. Too many shows with Mecha and crazy powers..

I would really like to see The Vision of Escaflowne made into a live action series, though with a budget I mean obviously I guess I'm still really hyped up from seeing Return of the King Another series I'd like to be made into live action is Love Hina! I loved the series and the manga, and it'd be really interesting to see this one made into a TV series, and plus, it wouldn't be too hard since they wouldn't need an outrageous budget for anything... just hot girls... Oh, and can anyone imagine Furi Kuri, or even better, Kodomo no Omocha lol Catch you later, Id

I think Chobits would be nice. It's sth that could give a good Real JDrama Serie and besides that it handles with a theme even actual today.

Ayashi no Ceres is one of my sacred anime series and is true could be really interesting and great to see it into live action. Obviously with a big budget for the special effects.

Angel Sanctuary Chobits Rurouni Kenshin Serial Experiments Lain Mononoke Hime Blood - The Last Vampire Perfect Blue Fooly Cooly Love Hina Those are a few of the ones I had in mind. Love Hina and Chobits would probably be the only dramas while the rest would be movies.

Since Sailor Moon, Cutey Honey, You're Under Arrest, and Devilman have either gone or becoming live action, which animes would you like to see go live action next? I heard Jackie Chan is gonna be a part of the live action Initial D movie and they are going to film it next month. Anyway, I think Prince of Tennis and Hajime No Ippo would be good live action dramas. Prince of Tennis is more like comedy in some ways, but I think Hajime No Ippo would make a perfect j-dorama.

I'd love to see Love Hina LA....hmmm I wonder how they'll get away with all those fanservice shots? They better leave them there! That's partially what makes the anime great! hehe

They are working on a NGE Real Movie... (at least that were the last news I heard about NGE) There should be a hompeage with a few pics already.
