How I got it my Taiyou no Uta DVD Premium Edition (First Press):
Quote:
Just got mine from amazon japan. For those having financial difficulties, like myself, and willing to wait, here is the cheapest method to buy it, from what I known. (I'm from Malaysia btw)
I looked through different online stores and each has it's own pros and cons. In the end I chose Amazon Japan simply because it's the cheapest (I'm cheap you know).
By using this converter, here's the prices between the 3 major online shops:
YesAsia (Didn't mention whether it's First Press or not)
6,464.83 Yen or RM 201.73 (Free Shipping)
CD Japan (First Press still available)
5700 Yen + 450 Yen (shipping + handling fee to my country, cheapest option)
= 6150 Yen or RM 192.592
Amazon Japan (The amount I actually paid, they didn't metion whether it's First Press as well, but I got the First Press anyway hee)
4560 Yen + 900 Yen (shipping 600 handling 300)
= 5460 Yen or RM 171.021
And then I added YUI's single Tokyo into my cart, that's 990 Yen + 300 Yen (handling fee, you just have to pay once for the shipping fee) so in total I've paid:
6750 Yen or RM 210.712.
You guys do the math. Just giving a guideline, hope that this helps. Amazon Japan is having DVD box sale that's why it's cheap, but the dateline is tommorow so be quick, buy it for the sake of the goodies came along since it's limited edition, movie can go downlaod haha. As for the time needed, I ordered at 22nd and got it at 29th, i think it's fast cos they stated that the delivery time will be at around Dec 22 - Jan 2007, thought it won't arrive tht soon. (first time buying from them anyway)
A delivery guy sent it, and it came in a box. If YesAsia they will just stuff the package in your mailbox, It's in perfect condition, but I carelessly damaged the plastic wrapper zzz, I thought it's like normal cd packaging which you have to tear apart the plastic wrapper, so for the sake of protecting it, I used a scissor and just cut the 'opening' of the DVD so that the plastic still can cover the rest of the box. After I cut it it turned out that the plastic wrapper is those sticky type, those you can stick it back after opening it *sigh* Don't think you guys will be that stupid anyway haih. Wanna protect the item turned out damaging it zzz. (hope you know what I mean haha)
Sorry it's kinda long. I think I'll write even longer in my blog entry once I got camera lol _________________

she's simple, cute and i think she's a raw talent too....just recently watched her movie Taiyō no Uta ...it really made me cry
the first time i heard her voice and saw her video I immediately love her!
and she really reminds me of this Filipina young actress Maja Salvador
