yes he did. totally constipated... or maybe he thought the poop got stuck in the neck so he got a stiff neck instead
By the way, you can download from youtube. And saying the quality is bad... well, how should i say it. I quite enjoy small file PVs. It's just that, cmiiw, downloaded PVs from youtube are in .flv? But small files running in 320x240 are okay to me coz i can put them in my handphone... Since the quality reall sucks, just imagine you're watchin it from a handphone
jess
well, yeah, lipgloss is common. But you probably hit the cielings when you found out Tego actually uses Kotex! Maybe the kotex is what's causing him the constipated look.
Again, horrible horrible PV that miso soup.
You know what, i would enjoy a KAT-TUN song put in some animation somebody made... anything but seeing those boys faces... kat-tun, this is very hard to say, but they do have good songs
mitha-chan
welcome my fellow indonesian. (he?)
by thw way, your avatar doesn't exceed 200kb? better change it before it's deleted _________________
YT: I actually got a fanvideo of mine deleted by "Tokyo Broadcasting Corporation". A while later, this popped up on a technology news site:
Youtube visitors are allowed to legally use clips from the warner collection for their own video editing.
The entire business is completely full of shit on a global basis. ESPECIALLY when it comes to YT. As said, the quality is poor if you download. There is never anything over 10 minutes on there as it is impossible. They should be glad YT is there because it was shifting our download behaviour to viewing behaviour. How could it compete with Japanese television if Japanese residents can see it from their comfortable chair and record it HQ? They should clap their hands it's spreading. I wonder how many (overseas) sales are indirectly related to YT. [/i]

Hello! its monday AGAIN. would you believe it last night i was dreaming a whole lot of stuff and everything is still vivid in my memory, and FOR GOODNESS' SAKE, THERE WAS THIS STUPID PART (RIGHT AT THE END) WHEN I WAS DREAMING THERE WAS THIS COUPLE AND THEIR MOTHER HOLIDAYING IN PENANG, AND THEY WERE AT THIS COFFE SHOP AND GUESS WHAT? THEY WERE TALKING BOUT STUFF ON THE COMPUTER, AND SOMEHOW I WAS SECRETLY APPROACHING THEM AND I WAS DOWNLOADING STUFF FROM THEIR LAPTOP AND GUESS WHAT THE STUFF WAS?
YUP, IT WAS A NEW PV BY SOME GROUP THAT NOW REMINDS ME OF NEWS! ARRGH! DOUBLE ARGGH! and the best part was it was 'RYO-TAN's .....something something....' and for the life of me, i couldn't remember ......until the end of the it all....when i awoke, i realised that Ryo was Ryo....i mean...come on! can't i even have one night of non-NEWS?
last saturday, i went to Tesco Kajang and there was this small store selling newspapers and stuff, and it had this thing at the end of its signboard, saying 'news' complete with the NORTH-EAST-WEST-SOUTH symbol that reminded me of NEWS, (what else), and there wasn't a single Japanese stuff in there, except if you count DORAEMON cartoon books. _________________

hahaha.. i won't be surprised he put on lip gloss either. All of them puts on make up i think..
Dear Monta,
Ok, this is purely from a practical point of view, so there is no biasness or prejudice involved in any way, shape or form.
1. from my humble knowledge, all artistes must put on some make-up on screen. even if you go for a tv talk show interview on dry subjects like 'social politics' or 'healthcare' , the production assistant always tells you need to be at the studio 1/2 hour earlier for make up - at least they put powder on you. my boss does tv interviews and they always ask her to be at the studio at least 1/2 hour earlier. (well, not everyone has flawless complexion. besides, have you been on tv? maybe you have, and you will have found those studio lights are horrendous!).
and it's not just my boss either. I used to be a PR Executive at a PR Consultancy, and all my clients who were being interviewed needed to be in the make up room at least 1/2 hour before the show. that means if they go on air at 7.00 a.m., we are at the studios by 6.30 a.m. latest.
2. when you are performing (as opposed to interviews), the camera ALWAYS does close-ups of you....and it will always try to catch if you are smiling, or making some facial gestures.....
and if your make up is smeared, or if you look like you're wearing a mask, then ....it's gonna be on film FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE......and even beyond that === even when you are dead and buried.
3. i don't know if TEGO and other guys in NEWS REALLY PUT ON MAKE UP IN REAL LIFE, as in foundation or night creams but if they are worried about how they look onscreen, they might just put on stuff that will make their skin radiant (at the advice of their make up artists).
let's face it, on a purely practical side, they NEED to take care of their skin, and their hair, and their teeth. i mean, would you like it if KUSA appeared on screen with a face full of pimple marks and hair that looked like it was cut by Tarzan?
but i think men today have their own beauty things in their toiletteries cupboards, like all those facial washes and scrubs and toners and moisteurises (heck, i can't even spell it right!!!)
Did you know that my friend who works with the private tv station, tv3 in Malaysia said the news presenters on our TV3 got special instructions to go beautify themselves every month? and that's just news readers!
AGAIN, this is purely from a practical point of view, so there is no biasness or prejudice involved in any way, shape or form. _________________

WAHH.. liza! you have been downloading too many stuff that you dream of dwlding things!
talking about dreams i had a NEWS-y dream last night too!!
I dreamt that they came to singapore and i went to one of their concerts I even got to go up stage with them. And the best thing was uchi and kusa were back with the rest of NEWS
I remembered uchi looked super charming, much better than before he was suspended and i dreamt yamapi in his younger skinnier prettier days too ^^ The worst was ryo-chan, he looked like a pale old ah-pek.
and oh the concert was cool. there was a part where all the lights went out and the audience were all supposed to switch on this special laser light things that's installed on the bottom of our feet -.-
and there's somehow an intermission where audience get free dim sum. (this must have been because of the lovely dim sums here in hk!! )

hahahaha.. weird dream eh?
Ya lor, so many downloading plus the one that mira - chan and you had uploaded, and OMG, i was like --- hey, this reminds me of somebody, y'know. and all of a sudden ryo was shooting a basketball basket ~ everybody knows where that came from : TEPPEN!
yours was even more hi-tech....with the laser things at your feet! Wah! so "canggih" (meaning = 'so hi-tech' lah, like that!). Reminds me of RAIN's 2005 concert and more, you went onstage? Congratulations! but why was poor Ryo looking like an ah pek? so unfair when Uchi looks so charming : must've been lacking sleep; been busy shooting baskets in MY dream! And Yamapi.....(*sigh*) ....Er, you didn't see Shige did you?
and dim sum? i love Dim Sum, although i don't get to enjoy it so much here.....well, the times i do get to enjoy dim sum is only when we got to major hotels here in KL, but of course, i don't get to go there so much and I never really have the knowledge about what to buy from the supermarkets that sell all the DIY dim sums. Maybe I go for classes? _________________

i agree with what lizakajang said.. we does not have flawless skin and to appear much more presentable on screen we would need to apply make up.. and there is sure a period where ur skin have break outs of pimples or acne..
i also wished and dreamed of NEWS or other bands to come to singapore and hold a concert!! but i guess the ticketing price would be very expensive... just like the recent rain concert in singapore =X [/quote] _________________

Dearies,
all i can say is that : "wow!!" for the NEWS spring con 06 fancam of I.ZA.NA.I.ZU.KI.
ok, i lied. i did go like "wow!!" for the most of it, but i do agree that dearest shige shud try to throw his voice out to the audience a bit more. there is a technique to do that, ain't it? I think some of the 'Speakers' Club' or something has a class on that for potential public speakers.
well, whatever it is i still like him lots, hope he comes back with a stronger rock voice in 2007. _________________

Wahh you went to rain's concert? I have never gone for a single concert in my whole entire 16 years on Earth. Unless you count a piano concert that is -.-
I don't know!!! Blahh it may be because i was thinking yesterday that ryo seemed to have aged a bit and that became even more exaggerated in my dream.. hmm i dreamt of tegoshi doing his tegoshi desu sign to me too! but sorry no impression of shige :S
hehe.. liza don't you just love the sexy action shige did when he did his solo part for izinaizuki?

hey guys.. just thought of something
when's the most ideal range of age for boybands? I mean like when's their peak?
just wondered if the peak is the early twenties then wouldn't NEWS have lost out a lot since that's the period of time they are suspended?
correct me if i'm wrong but i always thought that groups lose their popularity greatly when they get into their late twenties..
well,i think for the johnny's groups, they would not lose their popularity that easily, eg kinki kids . that is what i think.also, NEWS members age range between 18-22,so if early twenties are their peak and they come back next yr, they would still be at the beginning of their peak, wouldn't they? erm...that is what i think la =)
i think for western boybands, their peak is the early twenties.but there are also some bands that are quite old and popular too.

He's not bad.....but i wish he had a stronger voice....
errr...yesterday i was alone in the stillness of the office after everyone had gone back, and i was working - with Teshi's OVER playing on my laptop....he started out strong, but then eventually, when he reached the high notes, it was like "ooh! my ears".
don't get me wrong, i have nothing against sweet, adorable teshi, and most certainly he's got a good voice, but i let that song play again and again as i was reading the Board of Directors' report, and i got to say....as absorbed as I was trying to think about very important stuff, that high note still managed to penetrate into my thoughts each time.
was it my imagination, coz if it was : i sure must have a very precise imagination to keep getting off key at exactly the right spot each time in one song. _________________

correct me if i'm wrong but i always thought that groups lose their popularity greatly when they get into their late twenties..
couple of things:
a) i am so impressed with all of you here, you have such broad knowledge and profound questions sometimes.
b) in my humble and very limited opinion, from a statistical point of view , in order to exactly pinpoint where their 'peak is'....we'll need to do a study of the industry life cycle ; check out other 'competitors', etc.
there is still an enormous demand for NEWS' comeback, so that is one indicator ~ THE POWER OF THE CONSUMER is always a good indicator. However, in order to capture the consumers' loyalty, in my opinion, NEWS has to come back with a big bang : something that'll jolt the consumers' interest. OF COURSE THAT'S FROM A MARKETING POINT OF VIEW, not a fan's point of view.
has anyone ever chartered the life cycle of a boy band? Maybe Monta can do it, since he is into economics.
c) boybands are pretty much like a fast-moving product. there are various elements that impact the market demand for such people, and most importantly, their existence depends very much on their fans' preferences.
but the fans' preference itself can change : from liking one kind of music to another : this change is caused by age, exposure, etc. the older the fans get, the more changes they will undergo, socio-economically.
Boybands therefore are very much in need of innovation and creative marketing all the time, because in today's world, anyone who has even the slightest talent is given a chance to be a star. Look at the reality shows, like American Idol.
hence, if YAMAPI and gang want to keep their fame, i suggest they look at how they are gonna grow, without losing their current fan base. TEGOMASS got it right by marketing to Sweden - gateway to Europe. Acting's another option for the boys.
OK, so that's from a managerial point of view. I am not talking about the hard core fans that will die for news. i'm talking about how business could've answered this question. BUT THEN OF COURSE I MAY NOT BE RIGHT. other business men/women may have other ideas. _________________

anyone seen hyoten!? i want to see it sooo bad!! does anyone know where i can get it??
It depends on how that boyband itself pulls their fans through their career.
Just look at SMAP and TOKIO. they're oldies now but they have their own loyal fans and i bet people who don't know them from the start wouldn't mind listening or watching their stuff.
The wouldn't care about their age if the artist excells in what she or he is doing. They wouldn't even care if their favorite fruity-boy got married just like kimutaku. he does excellent acting ad people still wait for his new doramas with high expectations.
news? will they even last for another 3 years? wkakakakakak _________________

hey monta, why do you think - seriously speaking - that news won't last 3 years?
you may be right, you may be wrong. for one thing, it's not enough to be 'cute' when you hit 26. _________________
