And Shaq didn't play due to his injury, and they still won. Now I'm really starting to believe that the Heat is a better team without Shaq. Beaten hehe

LOL, they showed some video footage of Phil saying that of all the players he has worked with, Shaq was the laziest... No work ethic.

Surprise, surprise, surprise.....

lol
shaq doesnt have to work out. he just goes to the post and basically pushes everyone out of his way. Mr Green

kobe is still the man, but if he and odom work together as a combo, they could be even better. even though kobe can drop 81 points by himself :O

Well he's been doing that the last5-6 years, since he has nearly zero hops. hehe

If Kobe had dropped at least half of that, they woulda beat the Heat. Sweat

Kobe and Wade were helped by Shaq to win their championships. As of today, I think Phil Jackson can be the coach to get Kobe a ring without Shaq.

Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA right now but Lebron James can be the better player. Unfortunately, the Cavaliers do not have a coach to push Lebron to a better level.

It's not the coach, it's his teammates.

The coach doesn't know how to utilize his players on offense. He relies too much on Lebron creating plays. They installed a new motion offense but has made the Cavaliers even worse. They made Hughes into a jumpshooter. The coaching staff thinks he is Michael Redd but he is not. Hughes is at his best when he penetrates to the hoop. The problem is that this motion offense brings a lot of off the ball movement, but unfortunately the players just receive the ball at the wings of the perimeter, resulting to force 20ft jumpshots all day long.

As of this year, 18% of the Cavaliers shot attempts come in the final four seconds of the shot clock. That is the highest percentage in the NBA. No less than 42 percent of their attempts have come with eight seconds or less on the shot clock. And thats the second-highest percentage in the NBA, behind the Portland Trail Blazers (44 percent). On those shots, the Cavs hit only 39 percent, largely because they are often contested, long jump shots.

The fact that the coach doesn't emphasize on trying to give the ball to Zydrunas in the paint. And all the players who shoot 3s are just assigned to wait for Lebron to receive the pass and shoot 3s. Their offense is so boring and so simple that the defense can easily defend it. All they have to do is stop Lebron James.

The problem of the coach is that he is just a defensive specialist assistant coach. A better coach can utilize the players at their capabilites. Unfortunately, Mike Brown doesn't know offense. And neither do you.
