Looks like someone else had the same problem and discovered that his firewall was blocking the download.

Also gigashare encourages you to email them if you have problems. Just describe it to them as you did to me... I'm sure they are very familiar with this and will have a quick answer:

let us know what they say.

Before i write to the gigashares troubleshooting people, by chance does anyone know how to take down/turn off the firewall b/c my computer is automatic and i'm never really good with stuff like this.

Post your computer question on the computer thread. There are some really sharp computer guys there. I don't think you want to turn off your firewall. You just want to allow it to accept gigashare.

I would repeat your whole problem on the computer thread and see what they say..... including how to change your firewall.

I'm having trouble with the download as well. When I click on the blue house for the download link, it gives me an error, "The connection was refused when connecting".

Any help please?

My download quit right in the middle some time ago. I believe their server is down. If you read their comments near the bottom of the page they say:


"12/23/06: A small issue.

One or our server is having hardware issues, we have bring the server down to isolate and fix this problem. Please be patient until a solution is found.

Alright so umm is there something wrong with the Engine subtitiles. It doesn't really matter to me though i'll try finding it online. :p.
