really? ahh, shows you how much i know about other groups <which is nothing really> I can't tell who is who except in KinKi Kids and a few other random JE people coz they're on shows etc

Isn't it?!? I love the box! I love it more than the movie itself which I thought was okay, maybe because I haven't seen the anime yet. And the little booklet with it is cute as well. Still, the box is a masterpiece onto itself~!

And I find that Arashi takes up so much of my time and energy that I really don't have time to think about the other groups
Ah well, I'm sure I'm not missing too much. Don't really like the feel of the "younger" groups except maybe Kanjani8 and I don't even know who they all are!

Last weekend Letters was playing in the next town over, but I didn't have a chance to see it, and I don't know if it'll still be there this weekend - stupid theaters don't put the weekend movie schedule up until Friday!
Has anyone else watched the K-dorama Goong? I've watched up to ep. 19, I think, and it's fun but....sure gives me a new appreciation for Matsujun's acting skill! I don't mean to bash either of the two main actors because I'm sure they're working hard and they're not terrible (I think this is the first acting job for both of them), I just keep thinking how much more real and alive their characters would be if Jun was acting the role.
Random thoughts~don't know why, but a few days ago my brain got into "Jun in a gender-bender role" mode. This is what I came up with, hope someone gets a giggle out of it. (^_^)
How about a reverse-Ouran, where the girls have a hostess club (ok that sounds dangerously close to prostitution ), and Haruhi is a guy who is mistaken for a girl and enlisted into the club...Haruhi, of course, would be played by Jun.
Or a dorama version of the W-Juliet manga, with Jun as Makoto. (For those who haven't read it, Makoto is a boy has to go through the last two years of high school as a girl in order to get his father's permission to be an actor rather than carrying on the family dojo. Early in the story he's found out by Ito, a very tomboyish girl, who helps him throughout the rest of the story. It's one of my favorite manga.)
