Ahhh, that's the trick Sensei. I remember the first drama I watched after Long Vacation (I won't say what it was) was a drama a lot of people liked, and I didn't think it was all that great, I was very disappointed. I can't help thinking if some of my feelings were a backlash because Long Vacation is so darn good!

yup. like thtl said jeagal_maut.
is it just my eyes but seems like they turn into 3D in piano playing parts?
my friend says it's b/c hand animation is expensive so they used 3D
jeagal_maut,
it's funny, i can finish a book quicker than eating instant ramen, but the thing is that it doesn't have music
and funnier, you live in Jakarta but you don't know that there's a legal Nodame Cantabile manga in Indonesia? it's already up to book 16 you know...
so many characters
Well i don't really know all the manga in here, cause there are so many tittles its very confusing which one or bad, and manga that I really buy is only meitantei conan, Kung-Fu Komang (korean) and hongkong's manga (tony wong), the others I read it from mangascan..
Will check local bookstore tommorow then..

I finished To Heart on Tuesday I really enjoyed it :jumpy: I haven't found a good Jdorama to enjoy for about a month, I've been disappointed a lot recently but YAY this one was good... or I thought so I anyhow ^_^ <3 _________________
That was amazing. I mean, that last scene was just... awesome. So touching!

That last scene was great indeed.
Maybe you should try watching 2 at once to decrease your backlog. For instance try the asadora just a little at a time and watch a regular drama as the staple.

While waiting for the subs for Long Love Letter, I checked out the 1st ep of Suna no Utsuwa (Vessel of Sand) and what a nice first episode it was! I admit that it was quite slow-paced, but the mood, the music, the actings, the scenery, everything is superb. The cast is awesome; I spotted Ken Watanabe as the detective (it was the 1st time I ever saw him in a Jdrama.)
I also follow Haken no Hinkaku and quite like it. _________________

I'm watching Mukodono. This drama is so damn sappy. Nagase is so annoying as the ultra-smooth rock star/ sissy husband. So far it really sucks.
haha, I agree w/ you there. The episodic nature of that drama gets old quick, and despite a great looking main couple, the plot is . It was fun for the 1st few eps, after that everything just went downhill for me, sooo repetitive and corny. _________________
BTW, no ETA for the Musashi discs: I haven't gotten around to burning them as of yet.
No worries, take your time! I have lots to keep me busy until then. Plus, I wanna get that book, but I don't have an address to have them send it to me. I wonder if I can find it at chapters...
I can't watch Trick yet cause I haven't downloaded it yet.

Just started another golden oldie - "Love Generation".
My brother is watching that one right now. He says he likes it better than Long Vacation, but not better than Pride. Hmm. I'm gonna wait and put some space between Long Generation and Long Vacation. I think it's fourth or fifth on my list right now.

I dunno... I'm hesitant... cause I like to get right into each drama I watch. With two my devotion and dedication will be split. Wynter = nerd
Alrighty, I'm gonna start on Dari Yori mo Mama wo Aisu. I don't remember when I downloaded this one, but it's burned on next on the list.

Possibly... You can have them ship the book to school like everything else.

It's a pretty good family drama... Not a "wow," but still good.

Yea, but I don't wanna abuse the secretary's patience. I think I'll ask a friend at work if I can have the book sent to her house. I'll ask her tomorrow.

O good. I thought it'd be a dud since it's only got a handful of reviews that were split both ways. And to the extreme.
It should neutralize me after LV. _________________
