when i watched the series the first thing i do is fastforward the opening... hahhha

and to be honest i didnt watch the whole pv of it

but i came to love daite like 20% now..
after i collected recent yamapi perfs
and u know hes always singing daite for like the nth time...
i thot he was sick and tired of it! hahahahha
but i did manage to hear the song like 3 times
but the daite track i have is the unfinished/cut version..
so does that counts?? lolz

The thing that kills me about this show is that if you look at all his previous dramas they have been shows with stories and characters that are well thought out and complex, same deal with horikata maki. It really feels like they just decided to give into the star vehicle and put out shows to please fangirls.

From what I've seen from previews from his new dramas it looks like its yamapi's joining jun and kame in the doing dramas that cater to the target market that buy there cds and go to there concerts, and thats a real shame considering that he's actually got some talent(iwgp, lunch queen, stand up and nobuta all showed that).

But anyways thats more of a rant against the yamapi and the entertainemnt business than kurosagi because there is always going to be shows like this that cater to teenage girls(looking at you HYD). As long as there are shows like nodame cantabile still coming out I don't really mind these fangirl shows coming every season because all you have to do is change the channel(or download the the torrents of the shows you actually want to see lol).

I prefer NwP as well, but this drama was entertaining while I watched it. Of course, it's not at all in my top 10, or even top 20, but I did enjoy watching it.

And the actress who played Maki's friend is Ichikawa Yui.
