Not long now until the KinKi Kids calendar will be released YATTA!!!!! WHOOOOOO So glad I pre-ordered it! ^__^ I haven't listened to any KinKi Kids in a while I randomly watched Ko-Chan's solo concert the other day and I realised I missed them a lot wah! I need to put my albums in again XD <3

Wah! I got my latest issue of Potato yesterday and it had photos from the new Shock KYA made me wanna see it real bad *sniffs* and it had photos of the KK Winter concerts and pics of them at Johnnys Countdown (which I still haven't gotten around to watching ^^
But yeah can't wait for my calendar it's gonna be hot! XD

I came to know about KinKi Kids, by watching Summer Snow. I saw him in it, and loved him. Although the hair was a little funky! Lol I enjoyed the final song too, and then found out that KinKi Kids sing it! And that was that! Then I wanted to see more of Tsuyoshi, and so I saw Moto Kare�c.and that was it! Hakka Candy was awesome. After watching this drama I started to really crush on him! Hehehehe

I saw the PV on MTV chinese in Singapore... the cable TV channel 51.XD.The program name is Non-stop hits I think...But the MTV J & K pops might have it too.

I got to know KinKi Kids when they released their H album...But then I didn't really noticed...Then around September, I was making a list of songs I like and Koichi's +MILLION but -LOVE was one of it...then I saw his Kagen no Tsuki PV and before I knew it, I began to like Koichi!XD.

For me, I was influenced by my sisters! The 1st song I knew about them I think was Ame no Melody. Then subsequently, began liking all of their songs!! I fell in love with Tsuyoshi when watching Kindaichi, and I find Koichi very cute in Rookie cuz he quite blur blur in the drama~

i first knew/heard Kinki Kids after watching Tsuyoshi on Summer Snow.
At that time, i just knew (or found out) that Tsuyoshi is in a singing duo called Kinki Kids. Other than that, i didnt pursue further (incl who Koichi is)
Then probably a year later Gokusen brought me back to jdorama
I then started searching for "high school" type of drama
and i bumped into DragonZakura in where I fell for Yamap
Yamapi brought me into Johnny Entertainment which then made me realise that Tsuyoshi is under the same mngmt as yamap
SInce then, i have become Kinki Kids' fans
their songs are always great
I like their latest single -> harmony of december

but my sis said that their voices dont blend nicely as it is used to

@thorpy_bear - Yeah Potato is a monthly mag that I'm subscribed too mwha ha ha! About 90% of it is dedicated to JE they have about 3-5 pages on the main bands every month so that's KinKi Kids, Tackey & Tsubasa, KAT-TUN, Kanjani8, NEWS Etc. I get it from CdJapan you can subscribe to many mags there but I was good and only subscribed to Potato cos it was my fave XD

How did I get into the KinKi Kids? XD that's a long story.
I got into JE initially through Jdorama. My first exp with a JE guy was MatsuJun as Domyouji in HYD. I started off prefering Oguri Shun but by the end I was in love with Jun. Then I found out he was in a band.
I got into Gokusen.
Shortly after I found out about Kurosagi and heard the theme song which I loved. I heard the Nobuta theme was even better being number 1 song of the year so I listened to it and fell in love with it. This introduced me to Kame who introudced me to the world of KAT-TUN. Whom I became obsessed with.
Randomly searching for mv's on YouTube I came across the popjam performance of Andalucia (cos KAT-TUN were the back up dancers) I fell in love with the song and mainly Tsubasa (at the time). Through Tsubasa I found out about the musical Shock where he is Koichi's co-star ne? XD After this Koichi grew on me. I searched for his stuff on YouTube and the web and found out he was part of the KinKi Kids, I started listening to their songs and decided I really loved them. The rest is history ne? XDDDDD wow what a long story kya

The only one that I haven't ordered before is duet, they are all very very similar in content but I dunno there's something about Potato that I like XD I don't have an intelligent reason really lol.

Wow.. It's interesting to see how you guys get to know them. Hee. As for me, I've got to know Tsuyoshi after watching Kindaichi in 2000. (That was a long time ago ne.) Fell in love with their songs especially "Garasu no Shounen" and then the albums keep coming in. Haha. But only being to like Koichi after "Mirror". Don't know why, but i don't really like him in the past. Haha. But sad to say, after so many years, i don't really know them well. I just listen to their songs and watch their dramas.
