The insert song in Hana Yori Dango 2 is Utada Hikaru's "Flavor of Life (Ballad Version)". Unlike a lot of other J-pop artists, Utada Hikaru seems to be famous enough to easily find her songs on mainstream file sharing networks like with Limewire... And in case you are interested the theme song is Arashi's "Love So Sweet".
