My friend's cousins from Japan are visiting. They're both girls and very cute. My brother keeps trying to hit on them. *rolling my eyes* They'll be staying with me this weekend. Fun times! Taking them to Disneyland.

I switched over to green tea from drinking sodas all the time during lunch and it's probably helped me lose some weight and helped with lowering my cholesterol level by not spiking my glycemic load...

i drink green tea, and also trying to drink more water daily. I really don't drink sodas anymore, as it has too much sugar and is not good to drink.

Getting back into my running routine. I ran 3.5 miles today, and trying to be more consistant in running. It helps that the weather has warmed up again. Applaud

Hehehe. What can I say? They brought presents. And I'm easily persuaded. Bonk Since they are 17 and 19 years old, I can forgive them for their Arashi obsesion.
