hello everyone! i'm also a newbie to the forum... i've always seen this site around but never joined because i stupidly never realized it was a forum; i thought it was just a database for research. a great database at that, btw.
anyhow, you can call me ishikumi�\it's nice to meet you all! i'm pinay, but reside in Southern Cali. i'm a university graduate and have been a fan of jdoramas since last year. i tend to watch dramas with the actors that i've grown familiar with, and at the moment i am very into watching shows with Yamapi, MatsuJun, and Kame.
i hope to have lots of fun here because i always like discussing dramas, i just never found the right place. hopefully this is it! have a good day, everyone, and hope to see you guys around the forum!

i didn't realize Propose Daisakusen starts so soon! on Yamapi's bday? i'm excited about it and have to watch out for that too.
i'm open to recommendations on other dramas and actors (if the 3 i mentioned are not um... well liked here?). i also like Oguri Shun but i can't find him in enough lead roles, which bites. the only lead i've seen him in is Detective Conan.

Wah! It better start April 16th... that's what I read online AND in my magazine (which is Potato XD)
The three actors you mentioned are well liked, it's just like every actor they have their fans and their... well not so fans XD. If you like Oguri Shun and MatsuJun then you should watch Hana Yori Dango ne?

@ ScrappedShinigami: totally on that. HYD was my first drama ever and naturally i had to see HYD2 when it came out.

@ Shari: hi, thanks for the welcome! i'm actually just starting on Kurosagi, around episode 4. i'm running out of space on my computer to DL the rest, so it's taking me some time before i can finish it. i'm very excited about watching it. love your signature picture, btw. kawaii!
@ bmwracer: well, i have to agree, they are easy on the eyes. but no worries, i'm not one of those super protective "he's my absolute idol!" types, so i don't mind any jokes. heck, got one? i'm down for a laugh. LOL.

XD I noticed that when I saw your comment in another forum, Gomen (everyone's seen HYD ne? XDDDD well nearly everyone LOL... I haven't seen the 2nd yet but my copy arrived yesterday so I shall start on it right away *Strikes a pose* Yosh!)
