I was wondering if they got influenced by the poll of L'Anniversary Live. Now they know what style of music we love and maybe he wanted to do something similar...

Yea I was thinking the same thing Meiko! Everyone keeps referring back to "Carnival of True" and "Caress of Venus" that they felt natsukashii~ during this performance and maybe that was the whole idea Laruku wanted us to have!

Today I went out and suddenly I was humming the melody and then singing some words of the lyric that I remembered.

I'm not the biggest fan of the song and yet I'm the same way. It has the effect that it randomly pops into your head and gets stuck there! Laruku's plan for world domination? LOL Twisted

By the way, about the Seventh Heaven lyrics, what do u guys think about "The answer in a minute thirty one"? What does he mean by that???

Laruku being clever again. hehe Play the song and keep track of time. You'll find out that the answer is under your feet!

{heaven is here on earth? Well, we're in heaven listening to laruku music! at least i know i am w00t!}

Yeah, there's a few ways to interpret what he means. My first impression, which is probably far too dark for the song, but you never know with Hyde, is he didn't mean Earth is heaven, but that the only place you go when you die (heaven) is into the ground. hehe.

OMG!!! I checked and it's true. It exactly takes "a minute and thirty one". From the end of the sentence "the answer is in a minute and thirty one", to end of "where is heaven", and before starting "anwer is waiting under your feet", is exactly one minutes and 31 seconds long. Dancing Man!!! love it. Soooo neat playing around with the words and time like that. hehhe

I like his answer too Sweat We'll find out where heaven is after we die (it's waiting under your feet).

Asuka Tsuzuki
Ya, I got it from CD Japan through the same method too!!
The weight of the box was a shock for my aching body. Initially I wanted to order from yesasia but just a look at the price, my eyes are out of it's socket. Is it true that certain stuffs are cheaper at yesasia?

This is a quote of Eleonora from THE ARK board (I think it's ok if I give credits to the site o.o)

As minor detail, I was right about the 1.31 being the time needed to the song to reach the line with the answer, if you pay attention the line with the question it's at 2.58, the answer at 4.29.

Well, I have a rip of the performance with fans shouting at the beginning so the timing it's not right for me, but I understand that he sings "Where is heaven?" and a minute thirty one later you can hear "Where is heaven? [..] the answer's under your feet". It's something like a play word (again...)

Ah so that what he means....thx! Hmm...if the answer is simple as that, I think its not too clever. Maybe becoz I already think hyde IS clever, so my expectation is kinda high and thinking he would means something more...."wow" Sweat

Thats is exactly one of the ideas that I was thinking! "that the only place you go when you die (heaven) is into the ground."!! hehe. finally there is someone else that think like that. Its more kinda what hyde will be thinking.

steffi thx for the seirei no moribito info. I will check it later Mr Green

I didn't find out any interpretation, but I like yours. I just thought that those lines remembered me to White Feathers and his "Will you please tell me the way to the sky"

Typo error fixed. Mr Green Great! I was tempted to pre-order it but then realized Ive already got 4 out of 5 lives, 2 of those are bootlegs so I thought I'd save for the coming single+album.

Excuse me as Im about to spam the thread with somewhat irrelevant information :

I want Laruku to tour allover asia and not just those countries covered in ASIALIVE. Heck, that tour should've been called EASTASIALIVE Grumble ...sorry for the rant Sweat

I know, yet it's a sign that Jrock is finally getting an exposure like never before. And I mean Jrock generally. Like I said, my post did go slightly off-topic, but since Laruku falls to Jrock category I'm happy to see that the genre has finally gained wider (read: western) acceptance. For many artists, breaking into US market is like the highest achievement they can expect. And this mindset apparently applies also to Jrock artists. Just look at what HYDE did, and now Yoshiki and his buddies. I just wished they'd see the same way to asian market. That's the point I was trying to come across.

yes, you're right, sure! ^^
although it's perfectly fine with me if all those artists just stay in japan ^^
i don't have any hope at all to see them live someday anyway, so i'm kinda OK with this ^^
