I record it. Then I can watch at leisure usually after golf since the asadora starting time was 7:30 which is a hopeless conflict with time to leave for golf course. Grumble

Hello Im new here and not sure where to look. I have KSCI-18 and I just started watching FCI.

I am trying to find the name of the show that comes on around 8:00 PM and ends at aroung 8:30. Im also trying to figure out the name of the girl and the guy in that show. I notice they show the Tokyo Tower a lot and figured that might be the name of the show but when I looked for it on Youtube I think it was something different.

Has a really beautiful lady and she kind of has wide shoulders and could be and looks like she could be anime character.

Any ideas?

I went there and clicked on it but it shows 3 ***.

Also, this has been on for a couple of weeks (or months), right? Ive seen this show on and off for about 3 to 4 weeks so far. Also, I keep looking online about this show but none of the actors look like the ones on the actor pages.

BTW I think it is the show you are right. I have this picture:

Whos the second lady (3rd picture from the left)?[/img]

"ends" is the key word. The final episode was last night.

During HEY! HEY! HEY! and Tokyo Tower, there was a banner that ran at the top of the screen announcing something about FCI, KSCI 18 and 04/08. My kanji comprehension isn't great, so if anyone else saw it and can translate what it said I'd be most grateful!
They have stopped showing the Japanese drama in the 10:30 p.m. time slot. I almost never watched it because a) it was never subbed and b) coming on after the Taiga Drama, I had usually had my fill by then.
The bad news is they've also stopped airing Ainori Puppy Dog Eyes THAT I will miss, , , lots of kawaii josei on Ainori

It really seems to appear that FCI has stopped its programming completely on KSCI. The shows that are left are all supplied by UTB. Last week I skipped ahead to this weekend and I noticed my onscreen program guide no longer displayed "FCI Sunday Special," so it looks like we won't be seeing Hey Hey Hey or any of our other FCI favorites. So sad! Our J-entertainment choices are becoming limited! I've emailed KSCI to find out why FCI removed its programming, so I'll let you all know when I receive an answer. The only other local (Los Angeles) channel that I know of that currently broadcasts J-drama is KXLA 44 (on Time Warner cable it's 24), provided by Magicbell Communications http://magicbell.tv/coverage-e.html. At the moment, they only offer "Dad Loves Mom Best!" (with English Subtitles) Sundays at 7:00 pm.

I could be totally wrong about FCI, so if anyone has more information, please let us know!

I waded thru an hour and a half of info-mericials last nite to confirm my worst: NO MORE AINORI!!! Puppy Dog Eyes Fortunately Fuji-TV has a pretty decent web site, so I can still follow it online.
Edit: It appears you're correct ningyo, it looks like channel 18 has decided to replace their Sunday night Japanese programming with a bunch of infomercial crap! Angry I just got done sending them a scathing email about it. Probably won't do any good, but I feel better.

Gaijinmark,
That's funny because I did the exact same thing.
There's a website I visit that describes what happens in Ainori, so I guess I can still find out what happens to the current participants (such as San-chan)
http://www.sylvainbouchard.com/wpblog/?cat=10
But it appears I won't be able to actually watch the show from now on. Grumble

Thanks for the link! I don't know who sylvainbouchard is, but he/she does a real good job. But I'm afraid San-chan will probably end up going home alone. Puppy Dog Eyes
