154 feedback with 91.8% positive. Man, that's baaaaaaad! You've got to read some of the feedback... Funny!

And here's his current selling list... As you can see, a bunch of them "just coincidentally" come from JEM's collection.

If eBay sellers continue selling works of other people (JEM, JTV, groink, etc.) these guys will at some point cut off the supply.

It took 2 weeks for the items to be delivered. Poor communication as well. Buyer stromcruiser( 23) Feb-02-04 08:05 3377867292

I ordered $247.84 worth in doramas from hargow a week or two ago. I didn't know that you could review sellers until my friend told me, so I looked at his reviews and some were not very good...I'm getting nervous Cry.

sorry battle, this thread isnt for requesting where to find certain series or movies. this is to review those that you have traded with. so please, if you have any input on that, by all means post it. if not, create a different thread, or post in an appropriate existing thread.

Holy CRAP. Unfortunately that's a hard and really expensive lesson to learn.....check feedback and item details before bidding!! Never ever send that much money to someone you don't even know Sweat

@ Battle48: I think you got the wrong thread dude...

that's a pretty well known one. i've seen that guy around selling all the jem's captures, and dissing people like ,"buyer is stupid, buyer is a baby"
l would not buy any of his stuff.

There are also some others that sell kiku rips, and also chinese tv rips. unless you know what you are getting into, might as well get a newsgroup account to get all of those.

I've never really used ebay, are these people selling other peoples rips for a lot of money? Or are they selling them for basic duplication costs + small labor charge? Would the latter be ok? It seems like people who don't have a fast network connection could really use a service like that. Full attribution should be given, of course. If that's not the case, then they suck.

Just wondering.

The ones we're complaining about are selling the dramas for a little more than the cost of the media, but charge heavily on the shipping even though they end up shipping the discs for a lot less. So they're basically profiting on the shipping charges. It's very difficult to prove to eBay when reporting this type of activity because shipping could also include any handling fees. Otherwise, proper ettiquite is not to charge any handling/processing fees because things like burning the discs and so forth is just part of trading in general.

If someone doesn't have the bandwidth to download dramas, they should be hitting up the more legit resources like Buruburu, or any of the traders on this thread that have received positive feedback.

Thanks for the info groink. I'm not really familiar with the trading scene, so there's a lot I don't know.

Anyway, I hope these jerks don't piss you off too much, because I really appreciate being able to d/l your rips!

When buying series I've had nothing but success when dealing with Studio Oto.

The guy at "Henshin" video takes his time, but he's always come through.

But dealing with the guy at "Gojira" is another story altogether. The most frustrating seller I've come across.

I think DVD is new to him, so not only will the demand be much higher than in the past, but then there might be flaws with the DVD from having a lot of orders and having captured his VHS sources hastily to make them available.

this is just a rebuttal. lol
actually his captures were not hastily done, because if you see the work he put in to making 1 dvd, there was quite some work put into it. there's menus for each dvd (background pictures, episode icons, background music, and advertisement about his site also). to make things even more minute.. he's printed "gojira drama", his website address, and a trademark on each of the sleeves the dvds are in, and he has neatly printed the title and episode numbers on the outside of each sleeve.
there's no excuses that should be made for him..

gojira doesn't really have good customer service skills.. 10 weeks is a long time to wait for 2 dramas. while i only waited 1 week or so for 1 of the same titles. Rolling eyes
