just saw Waters

surprisingly convincing acting by the casts. way better than i expected. the lead is Oguri Shun and a bunch of boys which i don't remember all the names, but it has Takamasa Suga and the dude from Attack no.1!. Definitely a fruityboy fare, but no boyband members. this movie has the same theme as the dorama YAOH, but YAOH doesn't use fruityboys.

In my opinion the story of this movie isn't the type of story for movies. it's a 120 minute movie, but it really feels like it's rushing things. The atmosphere and the chemistry hasn't reached the right point, but they the movie tries to go really deep and touchy, so i keep wondering why are these people working so hard trying to earn 10 million yen just for some spoilt girl with a weak heart that happens to be the daughter of the owner??? but it gets better.

to simply say, it's a japanese modern day version of the Snow White tale but with a huge twist; ... the 7 dwarfs are hostess hehe Beaten .

i definitely recommend this movie to everyone! it's entertaining, has nice theme songs, surprisingly well acted, and has a good plot with an unpredictable ending. Thumbsup .

It's a fun, complex movie... Glad you enjoyed it. Smile

She always looks great... As mentioned before, I thought she was underused... Puppy Dog Eyes

And those four goofy guys in the movie also show up in the movie Udon as well... Smile

Now that you mentioned that, Those guys are in Udon as well.

I don't like Udon much, it's just an ok movie. But somehow I like eating Noodle after that Bonk

and I don't think Summer time machine blues is an complicated movie, you just have to pay a little extra attention to it.

I think you have to watch it several times to notice all the little details that initially don't seem to make sense... Smile

I just watched it once time and I understand it all.

I think I just have good memory Naughty , at first a lot didn't make sense, like when why the guy was asked to do the naked dance, but he had no idea what was going on at the time. but in the end, everything was answered, at the end, I was like, Ah, that's why.

this movie requires good memory, I think.

The DVD (Japanese release) of "the girl who leapt through time" was just posted this week, so I wouldn't be surprised if some group have picked it up and busy subbing it as we speak.

I saw it at the theatures already, I loved it Mr Green

I guess.

But how many people really pay that close attention to all those details, especially when they flash by...?

finished Jam Films 2

does anyone know what this movie is really about??? i don't understad any of em except fro the first one

it scares me to death eventhough it's not a horror movie coz the first impression that i got from this movie is that it's one of those psychotic twisted mind thing that makes you go "how can they make such thing?".

this ain't a horror movie and i have a feeling some of it was ment to be funny, but these kinds of movies really freaks me out. really really scary. the short movies in this movie (especially the last one) scared me more then all those One Missed Calls put together.

kinda reminds me of Tokyo Zance which in the end, i didn't watch.

so i watched tegami & tengoku no honya and they were both pretty good!

tegami: im not the biggest fan of sawajiri erika so i was like ehh but she didnt have a very big role, it mostly centered on yamada takayuki. i thought it was quite well done.. i like those kinds of family doramas and when they settle on sibling relationships it just really gets to me. the ending scene was really well done. and the whole movie really sheds a light on japanese society vs. the US... i just cant even imagine things like that happening in the US.

tengoku no honya: this movie seemed like 3 episodes of a dorama put together into a special movie or something. but i actually quite liked it. it focused a lot on emotions and had a simple storyline but it was really very sweet. Smile

thanks to anime dad who helped me find these. XDD though i couldnt download the latter via eMule, i found a site that had it. w00t!

I got from clubbox, if you don't what clubbox is, go to http://www.soompi.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=566

I think clubbox is THE best place to find movies and stuff, but it's korean, so if you don't know Korean, you might have to figure out which is which. But I think the tutorial is pretty well done, I figured out how to use clubbox without it, that means clubbox is not that bad

Ah, I haven't used Clubbox in ages, but before I got some jdrama episodes (from jem's box), but I really don't like the handling. It's doesn't seem reliable, downloads refuse to start for hours sometimes. Is it still IE only?
