one of the best dorama that i am watching in this haru season, i think japan should air this kind of dorama more often, i mean dorama is not always just about entertaining (nothing wrong with entertaining) but also can make you think.
a very good dorama so far

just bumping up this thread.

People are saying its the best dorama this season.
A dark dorama. Kinda refreshing for this bleak season. Should get the attention it deserves.
Not a lot of seeders at d-addicts tho'.

Shida Mirai's acting always stirs my heart. Brilliant actress at such a young age.

Here's a comment I posted in another thread:

"Finished Watashitachi no Kyokasho...
I don't know how to even start describing the excellence of this drama...so, I'll just say the last two episodes truly kept me on the edge, and when it was over...I sat back and realized I had just watched a miracle on television..."

It's been a day since I finished this and I can't stop thinking about this drama...
As it unfolded, I kept wondering "Is this a schoolroom drama, a legal drama, a murder mystery..."...it turned out to be some of all, but really it turned out to be utterly unique...
All the amazing twists and turns in each episode making you wonder what on earth could come next...

And it all comes to a head in the final episode (what better place, ne?)...the pivotal moment...the exact moment when the central question driving the whole drama was finally answered, and it

...lasted about a second...

but that was all it took to answer that question...and the answer was devastating.

We've all heard the phrase "My heart skipped a beat"...well, that really happened to me when I watched that central moment, that simple second...

You will be impressed...particularly by a young actress named Tanimura Mitsuki ...
I watched this drama primarily for Kanno Miho and Shida Mirai...but GODALMIGHTY what an amazng performance by Tanimura Mitsuki in the final episode...

Right after finishing a good and memorable drama, I would usually name a few actors that stand out among the rest, making the drama the way it is. It is like mentioning Abe Hiroshi and Natsukawa Yui in Kekkon Dekinai Otoko or Kimutaku and his father and the lover in Karei naru Ichizoku for creating "pictures" in our mind. But that's usually limited to some 2 or 3 excellent names only as the rest of the cast are usually so-so or sometimes doesn't really fit the role they are playing.

But strange enough, in this drama, I could mention more than 10 names! More than 10 excellent and memorable cast, including those playing as 14-year-old middle school kids. Of course not to forget a strong play by Kanno Miho, Ito Atsushi, Shida Mirai, Tanihara Shosuke, and many more which has definitely been one of the reasons for its quality from the very beginning to the end.

Another add-point is its strong, yet dynamic story line. And did I mention smart? Opened by a great twist and a unique way to reveal facts during episode 1, throughout the story, the twist and the mystery will be the only reason for me to keep watching it from episode 6 onwards. There's really something in the storyline which made me feel like "am I really watching a Jdorama?" Cause I kept comparing this with some American series--the likes of Prison Break or Heroes which give you some "a-ha" through the surprises revealed in each episode.

It's not just a story of normal school life. Though students bully is the center issue, the beauty of the storyline is when it caters and combines it with law story approach, detective story approach, love story, teachers ideals, anything you couldn't even imagine they would combine in harmony into a really nice storyline.

Unfortunately, it looks like this drama was overshadowed by popularity of YamaP and Nagasawa Masami in Proposal Daisakusen which was broadcast in the same season. But trust me, popularity doesn't mean quality. This drama proves it very well, indeed.

Really, if you guys have some spare time in the coming holiday (for those who have Naughty ), do watch this drama!

A definite 10/10
