Great. I'll watch the first episode again too just to see what you will see.
That will probably suck me in to watch more (again).
I just got finished watching the episode where the ex-coworker came to visit Chizuru (can't remember her character's name) at the monastary. I wish i could be as nice as she was towards a vindictive person like the co-worker.
OOoooooooo you just wait and see! This vindictive co-worker soon becomes a favourite.

no it's not. i loved it. (tabana-san, back me up! ) . something like an 8/10. i really felt the story was somethin else. and the casts are some refreshing air since you barely ever see them. oh well, i seem to have a strange taste. Just gave up on Tokyo Love Story. It's just too old for me. And good lord what is with Eguchi Yusuke's hair? is it a trend or somethin back then *shudders* _________________

Yamanaka Konoha. Wow. You're zooming thru this drama.
How did you like the first episode when she takes that gourmet challenge.
The priestess whom you may recognize is one of the most prolific actors on the Japanese A list Nogiwa Yoko

Still watching Honmamon. This will take a few weeks to finish, I think.

No, I'm just slow. Ask anyone here Plus I misplaced the disc for a week, and I went away for a 3-day weekend last weekend
No. More like you have a life, unlike me. And you'd better get a moveon with the drama watching because I sent 6 of them your way today!

LMAO. I've never heard that before. That was cute, lame, but cute.

You mean a likeable character?? Wait. Don't tell me! I want to watch it for myself. Hopefully she's a likeable character because in most of the dramas I've seen her in, I couldn't stand her (mostly because she tends to be the "other woman" type of characters).

Yes, I'm zooming too fast through this drama. But then again, each episode is 15 minutes long, so it just seems quick. In actual drama time, I'm about an episode and a half through the first disc.
And the challenge was exciting. It was sweet of Matsuoka to help her out.
And yup, I know Nogiwa Yoko. It seemed like she was the mother in almost every drama in the 90's. _________________

yes to enjoy it fully you will need a few weeks. It's best to watch some other dramas at the same time so you don't get Honma Mon fatigue. Remember when I saw it, it took a year to broadcast it all.
BTW is Honma Mon one word or two? I thought in the title it's broken in two vertical words.

On topic: Watching Jikou Kesatsu the second time and enjoying it just as much as the first time. Noticing lots of little things I missed on the first viewing.
Have you watched Jikou Keisatsu 2? They really threw caution to the wind and went all out this time. Ep. 4 literally had me in stitches

Not yet. I'm just watching this as a break between Shomuni 2 and Shomuni 3 You know, there haven't been a lot of good dramas lately, but with Jikou Keisatsu and Kekkon Dekinai there've been some real good comedies!!

Good idea. I think I'll alternate that with another drama. That way it'll last longer.
And I've seen it spelled both ways, so either way is fine. _________________

Finished epi 5 of Cupid...
Are you speechless because you've never seen anything this bad, or contemplating whether to grind your teeth and continue? Afterall, this is a late night drama with a low budget. I haven't watched the drama, but I've read the manga on which this is based. It's not great but it's not bad either, main character (if you're referring to the guy) notwithstanding...
