u finally decided to watch it huh
guess everyone has different tastes, but i find azumanga quite enjoyable. I'm really amzed at the voice talents especially the ones that did Yukari-sensei and tomo-chan. hehehe _________________

yea,i like azumanga too.it's one of my top animes. [top is cowboy bebop!]
speaking of the seiyuus, can u believe that tanizaki yukari's seiyuu is the same person who voice-acted "kobayakawa miyuki" in "you're under arrest"????
it was hard to believe at first.....but believe it.

That's what I call talent; if it weren't for animenfo, i would not have believed it. _________________

then i heard her voice closely, and it sounded the same.
then saw the proof, and doubts were thrown away

watched a couple of marmalade boy anime eps. Its good, better than the live-action version IMHO. Even though the filesize per eps is only 50mb, the quality isnt that bad. You just have to turn on all ffdshow's post-processing options and it really cleans up the picture. _________________

Anybody seen L/R (Licensed By Royalty) yet? Great premise. Looks hilarous and adventurous.
I watched it last year - I thought it was pretty good, even though it wasn't a very popular series, I found it enjoyable.
Also it has an excellent soundtrack too.
Right now, I just finished watching episode 20 of Peacemaker Kurogane - great series about the shinsengumi. Another anime series I'm still keeping up with is Texhnolyze - I think it was one of the best series from last year and can hardly wait for the dvds to be released.

It's tough to say really, as I think each FF series was good overall. FF7 is my personal favorite because it was the first FF to be 3D and most revolutionary of all the Final Fantasys. The ones before that were classics. FF8 was fun, but too easy for me, FFIX I never played, I loved FFX very much as well as FFX-2 :] I have yet to play FFXI but I am eagerly awaiting more news about FFXII!
Mine is VIII. Greatest storyline and characters till now in my opinion but Im sure there are people who think otherwise.
But perhaps the poll should have offered more choices because the FF titles with the most fans are VI, VII & VIII. People often like one but not neccassarily the other, but hey a FF poll is nice anyway.
Anyone seen Stellvia of the Universe yet. I myself finished it yesterday and I can surely recommend the series.
First impression of the series: rather childish, a couple of 13 year olds running around in space. BUT as the series progresses it takes a deeper look into human nature. In my opinion a great series.
For those who are interested, I got a BT link of suprnova but since its currently down Im willing to send the torrent file for the complete series. Let me know if youre interested. P.S. Make sure youve got enough space its around 5 or 6 gigs
Anime: 3x3 eyes, Ai yori Aoshi, Bastard!!, Escaflowne, FLCL, Full Metal Panic, Gravitation, Gundam X, Hellsing, Initial D 1st stage, Initial D 2nd stage, Kanon, Kare Kano, Saikano, Kimagure Orange Road OVA, Last Exile, LOVE HINA Onegai Twins, Oruchuban Ebichu, Ranma OAVs + Movies,Scrapped Princess, Stellvia of the Universe, Witch Hunter Robin, Cowboy Bebop and more

True true, but since Hinorobu Sagakuchi left, something major has changed in my opinion. Somehow the new titles have a different "feel" to them.
I didn't hear anything about that :[ When did he leave? I have noticed a difference between FF games of old compared to the newer ones, but I think FFXII will bring back some of the classic memories of old. at least I think it will...even though the character designer etc is still the guy who did designs for FFX.
FF IX was his last ff title. FFX is done by someone else. As far as I know hes the only one that left and but Im glad that the character designer Tetsuyo Nomura is still onboard. But still, Hinorobu Sakaguchi was always considered the main man to be resposible for delivering the great FF titles. But I hope that as you say, some of the classic feel will return. Any news on FFXI online? Heard it was already launched in Asia and USA but Im not sure.
