There is one large difference between japanese fans and fans outside of japan. The fans outside japan are.. western. Spread rumours. In a way yes, we grow up reading about how britney spears did that with that guy who then left her and married that girl. And the scandals and stuff. We WANT rumours. But it's just WRONG D':

In Japan I've noticed they just WHOLE HEARTEDLY LOVE their boys :'D On the lives and things girls walk around with presents to them and let EVERYONE write stuff on them and everyone together show their love to the band in really cute ways and stuff.

And now if the "truth" came out I'm almost sure many nonjapanese fangirls would be like "HAH! we were right~! " and like.. yeah. The japanese fans would send supportive letters and gifts. ALL TOGETHER like. And stuff like that. I'm really amaed by the way japanese fans show their love, how it's a whole lifestyle for them to go to ALL lives and ALWAYS do as much as they can for the band.
That's the kind of fan I want to be. A supportive fan the band can enjoy having as a fan.

HEY! I'm "western" (though I'm Chinese) but I'm not like that!!!!!! Not everyone's like that....there are people here who would support them and such. Just not that many people...I think it's from celebrities here....everythings so scandalous and so many rumors......but most fans aren't like that...those fans, I would just LOVE to flame......that's why I wanna live in Japan or Taiwan....actually be around people who would SUPPORT them and not start evil rumors about them....

Not ALL western fans. I'm western too. Finland IS in Europe. But there IS a difference between us and the Japanese girls. I've had firsthand experience with it. My wish is to be like them. And I hope that all real fans outside of Japan could be like that! That we could all just LOVE them and be SUPPORTIVE. And that's what I meant yeah... About the "western" thing...yes it is true....and I personally hate it...i would love to become an actress yet i would hate all the paparazi b.s. I kinda have a short temper so if they got in my face too much I would probably punch them...

I love Gazette and I will love them no matter what.

Well I'm 'western' im in Europe afterall but I've always supported the gazettE like any Japanese fan girl(my best friend is Japanese, we grew up sharing each others lifestyles and traditions so I know what its like being a Japanese fan since both of us where two kids from twisted families we practically raised each other) But when I brought that rumour from some sites about Ruki having been raped, I never brought it on here as an offense to the gazettE or Ruki, I just brought it up here to hear all your opinions. Sorry if it seemed like I was helping spread bad rumours, all I wanted was to ask your opinions of something I'd heard.

Its not only Ruki who supposedly has a bad past, there seems to be something about each of them. Though when I brought that rumour of Ruki here, I didnt mean it in a bad sense or anything. Just wanted an opinion and to see if any of you had heard anything about it. Thing is that I read somewhere that Ruki uses his past to make his songs so considering that most of the songs are about abuse it is logical for one to assume that Ruki did have a bad past. I just hope it isnt true.

Ruki HAS stated in many interviews that he uses his past to write songs, thats one thing that got me to ask all your opinions over here. Just that when I logged back onto Jdorama and found everyone going on about people spreading rumours I felt really bad cos I felt like I'd done something wrong, you know? But honestly, when I brought up Ruki being raped on here, I meant to ask it in the most innocent of ways, I didnt mean it to sound like bad gossip and such.

And of course i dont want Ruki to have a bad past. The guy is so amazing and just so sweet, he doesnt deserve bad things to happen to him but I'm just saying it would explain a lot of his songs.

I just heard the rumour in like a month, in about 12 different places so I had just thought I'd ask on here(since i knew for a fact that everyone on here knew quite a lot about the gazettE and would have heard some rumours) I just really felt like I did something wrong when I read everyoens posts about not supporting gazette cos of rumours.

Unfortunately when anyone is in the lime light rumors will be casted. And obviously people will talk about it. It is absolute B.S and totalled F'ed Up if someone said that they dont like Gazette because of rumors. You did nothing wrong angel-san.

Oh well at least thats cleared, thank you for pointin it out, at least im not worrying as much. The interview i saw where he says that lyrics and music is based on past experiences was something I watched once on veoh or something so I'll look for it for you. But Shiroi-san says that she read it somewhere, so maybe there's a writing english copy of it somewhere too. I'll look for it for you though, no problem.
