those 2 cowboy bebop songs rock.

Yoko Kanno is awesome. If you like her Cowboy Bebop stuff, check out the Wolf's Rain 2 OST. A little less jazzy than Bebop, but awesome nonetheless.

Don't think The Man a freak, but, he kinda' grew out of music once the 80s were over (and, based on a lot of what I end up hearing via radio -- which I don't even switch on when I'm driving -- or at the obligatory wedding(s) or get-together(s) each year, thank God!), but, man . . . if there was ONE band I wish were still recording, it can be the one, the only:

Their previous albums are much better (and Pandemonium, too, which constituted their most recent album), but Ice Cream Castles, was a commercial hit due in large part to Purple Rain methinks.

Here's a pretty good, kinda' exhaustive website 'bout The Time, if you're similarly a fan: http://www.purplemusic.mynetcologne.de/the_time.html?story4.html

Hey, I like The Time... Morris Day is one of the true characters in music... Smile And they were very good in Purple Rain, as was the soundtrack... Applaud Big Grin
