She seems to be quite musically adept... Check her out in Swing Girls playing the sax... |
I've seen Swing Girls a couple of times already. Great fun . The actors all actually plays their own instrument, care of Yamaha School intensive training, deshou? In this drama, everyone must be faking it but they all look like they really play. Sugoi to omou!

I got myself a DVD of Claudio Abbado conducting the Berliner Philharmonic. It really is different seeing a maestro in action, as opposed to Chiaki.

Yeah, the performances and editing are well done: all of the actors appear to be seasoned veterans of their musical instruments...

It was.
That last bit of approval from Nodame and Chiaki's acknowledgement was just perfect.
Quote: | But it seems like it's just beginning, no? I guess that's the January special so I'll just have to wait. Chiaki and Nodame in Paris. Aren't they filming it, now? Racer-san, you need to go to France now. |
But I'm planning on Japan in April-May...
According to the official web site, they appear to be offering junkets to Paris in November to watching the filming/taping of the special...
Quote: | I only wish they didn't use the 7th again. It's been in my head all week. I know this is better than having something like the Simpson's theme stuck in my head but still.... |
It's much better than The Simpsons...
