��l�� means "the fourth (of something)". What Shari-san wrote is more correct. ���Ƒ�O�� means "lesson 3", so "lesson 4" is ���Ƒ�l��.
Oh! I may be over-asking this, but, can't you say the fourth japanese lesson? Using ��l�� ? Or is ��X�� meant more for f.ex the fourth meeting? the fourth date... etc.
I saw that the Genki 1 book uses ��X�� on their chapters, so is the use of ��X�� not just limited to chapters in a book?

Yes. ��l means fourth (dai yon). So if you add �� (kai), it means the fourth of something or the fourth time. �� (ka) is the counter for lessons and chapters in a book.

What Uruchan wrote is correct. When you talk about your own family you use the humble form (haha/chichi) and when you talk about another person's family or talk directly to your own relatives you use the honorific form (san/sama).

Like when you are saying something about your father or mother to someone else: watashi no haha/chichi wa ... . If you call your own father or mother you still call them by saying 'otoosan'/'okaasan'

That was fine, except for the "o" part. In this case, you should use the (contrasting) "wa" (��) instead.
So it should be:
