man why did eps 20 take soooo long to DL? it took me 3 nights... and eps 21 took me 7 hours.. go figure
on a side note: this is getting so weird .. i mean its cool that they made minako an idol (cuz that was her dream in the anime) .. but what's with all this different things? ... heck it doesn't even feel like sailor moon to me anymore .. (i think i like the anime way better) but i'll still watch the live action its just getting way too offtrack

What you have to keep in mind is that the jdorama is supposed to follow the manga closer than the anime did. For example, one of the things that is prevalent in the manga but barely ever even touched on in the anime is that it is Sailor Venus, and not Sailor Moon, who is the leader of the Sailor Senshi.

well if u remeber correctly Naoko Takeuchi actualy created sailor V before sailor moon... SAILOR V had her own MANGA way B4 sailor moon even existed.... so i meant sailor moon .. not sailor V since sailormoon live is called SAILOR MOON LIVE.. not SAILOR V LIVE

Because, even though Sailor Venus is the leader of the scouts, the story is about Sailormoon, she is the moon princess after all. Sailor Venus, or Sailor V has her own story to be told in the story that started it all - Sailor V.
Takeuchi Naoko just borrowed ideals and plots from the Sailor V manga and turned it into the cult that it is today, Sailormoon.

Ladymercury is correct. The central character of this Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon is Sailor Moon, not Sailor Venus.
While Venus is the leader of the Senshi her authority comes through her ruler, the Moon Princess aka Princess Serenity aka Sailor Moon aka Tsukino Usagi. When Sailor Moon is around she is in command (theoretically) but while Moon is elsewhere, or busy, Venus is in command. Hence the the reason why Venus' character is so much stronger in the manga and drama, instead of the virtual ditz in the anime.

I'm way too happy that Naoko Sensei didn't name this manga Sailor Venus [Yes, I know there's a Sailor V...] and used Sailor Moon instead.. heck, it might even sound good with Princess Serenity or Moon princess... Muahahaha.... *coughs*
Anyways, who's smart lady? I saw the name in i think Nagisa Rei Yamato's post? If it's small lady... i really dun like her that much.. (especially in the anime... unless if her characteristics changed for the better in this live action) *no offense* it's just that i really dun like her trying to keep Mamoru away from Usagi.. HELLO! They're your parents... can't you be more greatful and let them have their worlds together instead? Does it even occur to you that if you continue to do this, you'll disappear? *coughs* anyways, weirdly, although i dun like her, i like Dark Lady...

A friend of mine in Japan said that one of the official websites for the Sailor Moon series mentioned something about possible TV original Sailor Senshi to be appearing soon. He didn't see any pictures of the new Senshi, though. Considering I have known him for quite a while and that he has never intentionally told me a falsehood I am highly curious.

Since I don't know exactly which website he is referring to and that my knowledge of Japanese is not that astounding, I haven't been able to check up on this. Anyone care to see if they can find anything? In the meantime, I'll see if I can reach him again and get more info (or at least the exact webpage).

So I looked at how others do it, and you can upload the img to uploadit.org or photobucket.com and link to it from there (I prefer photobucket). They both allow off-site linking, and both are free.
P.S. This is just in case people didn't know about this already

The whole anti-leeching thing that some sites do is such a heinous bogosity anyway. It's based on the HTTP Referer header, which can be trivially forged, so I think it's all pretty pointless. It's one of my pet peeves ... #327, to be exact. I keep all my pet peeves in little cages and feed them bits of old memos that I steal from the trash bins out back of the IBM campus.
Yeah, about the original senshi... Well, to be honest, as much as i dislike chibi-usa. I'd rather her appearing compared to the newly original senshi.. with her appearing, i won't be able to be like "Oh! I know her, she's this annoying brat that comes rom the future." or "Oh! so that's how she look like in live action." anymore. I would have to start getting to know her all over again.. you know, analyzing, memorizing, bla bla bla..
One thing that's not denialble is that there might be a better plot coming along with her. Heck, she might be a better and nicer person compared to Chibi-Usa. But oh wellz, i would have to wait and see what happens next.
