SMAPxELAINE, I used 300pts for this order. Does this affect anything? I think the shipping was slow because of the Christmas season. But for me, I think there should be some errors as I did not see that purchase on my card transaction settlement. Still waiting for Cdjapan reply...
The first week sales for "Dangan Fighter" is 110,327. Few thousands more than the calculated daily sales. So I guess the SMAP SHOP sales was added to the final sales.

I think using our points in cdjapan will affect the shipment. I hope your cd will arrive soon as it's quite late, they shipped the cd on the 17th, 2 days before it was released.
regarding Nakai-Kumi news, if it's true i'll be happy for him.

Hello! I'm sorry if this question has been asked a million times but may i know if SMAP is still under Johnny & Associates? Because it seems like SMAP no longer has any link with J&A anymore although i've never seen anything that indicated SMAP leaving J&A. Haha it would be great if someone can share with me a little of SMAP's history or provide a good site with SMAP's background Thanks in advance

jess, SMAP is definitely still with Johnny's Jimusho but they are under a subsidy company J-Dream which is headed by SMAP long time manager. I guess no one really know the real reason why SMAP are not involved with others Johnny's. They don't appeared on Johnny's Countdown, Johnny's Sport Festival or any other Johnny's events. Also on Music Station, there will always be a Johnny's group on every episode of Music Station. But when SMAP appears on Music Station, there will still be another Johnny's group appearing on the show. These prove that SMAP is totally unrelated to the overall Johnny's management. The last time SMAP was involved with the rest of the Johnny's was around 96' and 97'. That was during the peak of SMAP phenomenon period. I guess SMAP has become too popular that they does not need to be associate with the Johnny's name. Just my theory though.

SMAP had their own countdown in 97'. Johnny's countdown only become big scale in recent years. Again, the real reason why SMAP is seperated from the rest of Johnny's is unknown to me aleast.
I don't know about Jerry Yan. I read about the news that he will join Johnny's but I think it is just rumour. I don't think Johnny's will sign him. He is just not "Johnny's" enough. I think maybe Johnny's will oversee his activities in Japan just like Thailand boy band Golf and Mike. But don't expect him to sing and dance with other Johnny's idol.
