I read that Ryo did hug Yamapi!! actually fans ask them to hug since it's almost chrismas.. and they did once after that another concert they did it again.... anyone know about this?

Kusano will be back soon I guess. Uchi went out first, so he's back first? LOL... anyway, Uchi has had experience acting, so people might want to take him up on any dramas, hence, an easier return to work. Kusano... not so much. there, there, don't worry... you'll hear of him soon

I mean, certainly, entrance exams are tougher for "higher-ranked" uni's, but, that does not necessarily mean that it is the best in providing education, resource, research and support. And there are different rankings for different fields too, so, that kinda complicates matters a bit. And going to uni does not necessarily mean you're smart either ^^;;. _________________

i know it doesn't. But it doesn't really go like that in real-life. i mean, they do a screening first, look at what university you're from and your GPA. then comes the interview. doesn't it go like that elsewhere? it surely is like that here, especially with the number of population and jobless people. With that many people looking for a job in one day, they have to have something to pick out.
i always think that how smart you are and how good you'll do a job is proven after you get the job. but they have to pick who gets the job.
if you had a company and looking for a person to do a certain job you'll probably pick the person that graduated from Malaya university instead of some guy that didn't go to college eventhough he's a genius, coz how would you know that he was one?
Sure it doesn't mean that a person who graduated from Tokyo University will do a job better than a person from a third-rate uni. It's not all about the brains, but when they succeeded in entering Todai, it is one factor of proving that they are smart, and definitely shows that they have a will to be smart.
So of course it doesn't mean that you're not smart if you don't go to some high-ranked uni or don't go to uni at all. but what uni you go to definitely is a way to find out whether you're smart or not. it is proven that top-ranked uni graduates are good outcomes (unless they have a really lame personality and 0 work ethics) right? that's life... and people do judge you that way. i know it sucks.
anywaaay... Kusa doesn't seem to be someone good at acting. I sneak-peaked the countdown btw. News looks great, lol, (not Tegoshi though, he never does. what's up with the hideous fur coat, yeah, the mono-colored boring grey coat) and of course love their song Weeeek.
But seriously, who is the really freaky blonde dude from k8 that kept waving and doing a '' all the time? *shudders*

Oh you mean Yasu? He's always the genki one He's K8's guitarist, the boy who taught Ryo how to play guitar. Isn't he pretty? He's the one voted as no.1 in the recent Duet poll as Most Good-Looking as a Girl. Even Tegoshi and Ueda lost out to him! _________________

Yasu makes a pretty girl. Wasn't there a segment once where he and Uchi dressed up as girls and were picked up by guys and stuff? Uchi made an ugly girl *shudder*. He has a feminine bone structure, but, as a girl, Uchi just couldn't pass the grade . Tegoshi doesn't make a pretty girl as well. I mean, he is really really pretty... but, as a boy. He could've made a cute girl, in fact, he was cute as a girl way back when, but since he's grown from being cute... ^^;;
Ueda... well, I think he dresses and acts feminine, but, as to how he looks... not really pretty or feminine either. But, then again, I don't really know what he looks like nowadays since I don't make it a point to look at pictures or videos of him... in fact, I make it a point not to
monta: ehem, regarding the university thing... (maybe I'm just finding a reason to dispute whatever you say I am bored after all)
don't talk about jobs that require qualification. If a job requires a certain qualification, of course they won't just pick someone from off the streets. Even someone who has a PhD in psychology from Harvard won't get the job if the job wants someone who has a degree in engineering ^^;;. And sure, if someone went to a university that is tough to get into, people would be impressed. But they wouldn't be so impressed with the CV if all the person can do is study and get good grades. Experience is still important... internships, placements... even working part-time at a clothes store is appreciated. It used to be that all you had to do to get into med school was get straight A's. Now, it doesn't matter if you have the highest score in the world... if you have no extracurricular activities, responsibilities or experience doing attachments and such, you'd still lose against a person with lower academic qualifications but has all the other stuff. Yes, being smart does matter, but it's not the "be all, end all" of life. _________________

i agree Yasu-chan could be prettier than the average girls. With Tego-chan, i remember by brother commented that he looks like a tomboy in MBMH!! haha!! but seriously he is the most gay/girl looking in news

Yasu is amazing. He's like the pretty 'girl' who plays and writes good music and becomes a Guitar God/Goddess or something. His guitar solos in 47 are awesome!

I think that was just scripted by JE. they used it a bit in SC. I also heard that Ryo took it a bit too far and regrets it. I just read this on the internet... I wish everybody could be friends! ^^

Actually, I do believe that it's scripted by JE, but I've also come to realize that Ryo might just not like Ueda that much in real life. _________________
