I dunno, if it ever dropped that low I'd think the amount of episodes would definitely get cut. Other dramas have gotten pretty low but they were during different timeslots which usually had less viewers.

OMG! Bang Head

just when I start enjoying the drama and start thinking toma looks cute, they are doing this to me?

please don't let it drop further.... 11 episodes are already very few....

^^Well, that's just a hypothetical obviously. Just my take on it. Who knows what could happen if the ratings drop any lower...

i like ikuta toma but sorry to say , this show's a complete letdown . it's ruined the anime&manga and the character's images . shinobu's image is way whacked . and toma just doesnt cut out to play the role of takemoto . casting sucks , chemistry sucks . rika san isnt so FAT . if anything , she's the most frail character in the manga but hey , she looks fit as a cow to me .

the storyline started out wrong & everything's mangled up in a gigantuan mess . in the first place , the characters werent supposed to be in such a pronounced love triangle affair nonsense & that stuff was just a sideline in the anime . but the show seems to revolve around it & makes this jap drama almost as sickening as those kinda draggy lovey tug-of-war taiwan serials that have no better interest than to create love pentagons with no other themes in their boring scripts .

the plot basis has been tuned wrong & the tune is way off-pitched . everything in the drama's way too different , its like 1% related to the original plot . even the most quintessential of all - the way the main characters meet - had to be changed . that's why the opening's equivalent to a major slap to the animes&manga fans of honey and clover . this didnt hapen , that didnt happen , ALL of it didnt happen . the only things retained are some really FEW scenes from the anime . i mean FEW as in one or two , at the most . and the characters' names .

whatever the producers are thinking , this is the epitome of manga-turned-drama-gone-wrong .

i think exactly the same as you... i said that a long time ago.

I really hope that Hachikuro doesn't get cut !!

And if the low rating is just cuz the dorama is not faithful to the manga... then wth?

Maybe i should read the manga and compare.... maybe.

Only for NTV and TV Asahi dramas. Things like cutting out the no. of episodes for a Fuji TV or TBS drama rarely happen.

One thing I must say is: I really like the drama's Morita. He's perfect. I always thought the one in the movie was quite weak. On the other hand, I still think Aoi Yuu was the better Hagu.
