Galileo was very deserving...

Damn, almost a clean sweep from Galileo on that one...glad to see no Yukan Club though!

The only one that sticks out really is Oizumi Yo in Abrenbou Mama. I personally think it should've gone to Sato Ryuta in Utahime for his awesome performance as Croissant, but knowing how much the critics hated that underrated show...*sigh*
