Hopefully.

Except for Geezer and Ralph1999... For some reason if you're over 50 you can't enjoy this drama. Sweat

Well their comments varied from being adapted from a manga (aren't they all?) and the slapstick humor.

I guess some people would rather sit and cry their eyes out for 11+ episodes rather than be entertained...

I don't have a problem with manga adaptations really. I never read manga so I can't comment on if they follow it correctly. Also, if it entertains me and the story is good, why the heck not?

I find the best dramas are the ones that can make you laugh and make you cry rofl Shameful Cry

thx to atskv9 and bmwracer for the magazine info ^^
i've read the Television magazine October 2006 issue and i thought i wanna share what i've read. the interview is short though, less than one page. In that interview, Tamaki-san said that Juri-chan suits perfectly as Nodame, it's like that she brings the character out from the picture, but then he quickly added, "but she (Juri-chan) as a nice smell" XD
Juri-chan also said that Tamaki-san resembles with Chiaki, he looks calm outside, but actually he's a nice person to talk to ^^
As for the classic music, Juri-chan likes the tittleback "Rhapsody in Blue", and Tamaki-san said he really likes "Pathetique" piece that Nodame played.

It's not Manga adaptations that is the issue, but being from Manga, period. Beaten
