Well, I really really disliked season two already, so surprise, I knew I wouldn't like this third one either.
Takaki Yuya is painful to watch in any role because he is such a stiff stick, and here it's even more obvious because he not only is that but also overtries a lot.
As much as I think Akanishi Jin can't do a role, I have to say that compared to this.. all hail him in the #2 And that's a lot said from me.
Miura then, I think this might be just the role for him. Surprising, a good performance (if we count out the stupid setting of the drama itself), and also the Kansai-boys that play his "gangers" seem quite ok for their roles.
But in general, it's so.. *grr* to watch the same things over and over as people already know. The other lead student being a hopeless case isn't helping.
Unless someone challenges me to watch this one (and volunteers to pay me back big time, which is so not going to happen), I won't watch this further.
I adore Namase, but in cases like this.. even that isn't going to make up for it. _________________

I gave it a quick look but so far it seems like the same old thing. Sigh. I guess there are people who really like it but I just odn't think the concept is strong enough for them to repeat it for three seasons. Unfortunately, neither is the acting. The guys so far seem really wooden in this one.

I agree about Takaki!! He's the only one I don't like in HSJ. While trying to figure out the words to describe him(or what makes me dislike him)..you've said it all about him!! STIFF! That's especially the word I was searching for! Wahahaha..
I thought that if Kanata Hongo(from the previous rumour) would act in gokusen, somehow the drama would be different~I dunno.. I would still want to watch gokusen though~ _________________
i was shocked on the ratings!!! is it really that good?? i suddenly got curious on the show..
im dling it now!
i think the flow and plot would be the same as previous 2 seasons as from what i've read in this thread. u can gif it a try though! maybe the producers jus wan to maintain gokusen's style
