I just finished this movie this afternoon.. I am such an idiot for having only watched this now! This movie is so good.
I think I prefer this more than the drama Nodame, maybe because of my prior love for Jazz music...
I'm really impress that the girls really learn to play the instruments! so impressive! _________________ **********************

That's understandable... But Nodame has a much more developed story.
You should check out Summer Time Machine Blues... That's another fun movie: it's totally confusing at the beginning, but it all comes together and makes sense if you have the patience and understanding.

Seems like the movie-TV actors community is smaller (or closer) in Japan than here in the States.

Though it makes Six Degrees of Separation a lot less difficult.

I nearly forgot Seiji & Miho
Yes it's quite small... I've watched a lot of dramas/movies with some of the cast appearing together for the 2nd or 3rd time. Speaking of which Yuika Motokariya looked like the megane girl from Himeno High School in the Waterboys movie.

I managed to catch the last show when this movie was released in Hong Kong cinemas. It was a treat seeing the girls 'blowing away' on the big screen, even though I've watched it on my PC over 50 times already.

I think it was September 2005. They even gave it a cute Chinese name: hڏ@.
