They do have them for cars....I saw one at my hotel when I went to Japan...of course it doesn't operate that fast.

haha...i doubt it....he appears younger in that ad...but not by much...maybe last 5 to 10 years.

I took this picture while visiting Japan. It's a picture of what I was talking about...robotic car elevators that take your car to an underground storage facility at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Roppongi Hills...you can see the car elevators are marked "A", "B", "C", etc...

They must have them for loading export cars in ships... no need for loading drivers. Crazy

The 23 second retrival time is for the robotic bicycle garage, not for cars....I'm sure the mechanics of that would be much more difficult to get working in such a short duration.
