Nice to see Takeru get background story going in Episode 3, and perhaps the closing to that episode means things will really start picking up. At this point Ruka and Takeru are the only characters that are interesting to me. We get a little tidbit about Michiru's parents, and it may help to explain why she does go back to Sousuke.

oh, thanks! Yeah, it went really well - the guys at the firm are really cool - they took me out to lunch and really made me feel welcome. I did realize just how little I know when it comes to being involved in a real law firm though - it's a whole new world!

Yeah.. Michiru's mom is a real piece 'a work. Though I was thinking MILF when I first saw her.. even if a little skanky ;-)

It looked like it was to give her money for some reason, but that could just be clever/evil editing.

Well, Michiru did agree to keep paying the rent. Maybe Ruka's just delivering the money in her place.

I can't wait for Kioku's release of Episode 3. *sigh* The story gets better and better. Lol I'm saying that even though I've only seen till Episode 2, because it really does

It kind of got me thinking when Takeru got really uncomfortable during the love scene part of the movie they were watching. Was he abused as a child or something? Lol. I have to see the next episode so bad. Also because of what Sousuke said about Ruka in the preview of Ep 3...

Been reading the posts in the D-Addicts thread for this drama and some of the female contingent are sorta coming out of the closet thanks to this drama..... Interesting.

this drama is so intriging. jsut finished watching episode 2. ryo is so scary.. he talks so calmly when he's mad.. i hope episode 3 will eb subbed soon

I find this post offensive. Lesbians "flock" to this show because they're so desperate for representation. Tell me, what other "lesbian" show would they be watching? Cant think of one? Thats because there are none.

Lesbians are a minority that are hardly recognized by the media. ESPECIALLY in Japan. And when they are, its usually a disappointing stereotype or simply played up to boost the ratings among horny teenage boys.

So when a show comes along that at least tries to be honest in its portrayal of a lesbian character, an doesn't trivialize her, when she's written as an honest to god human being like any other character, its a BIG deal. Lesbians are "flocking" to last friends not simply because of the lesbian character, but because its a GOOD lesbian character. Which is far rarer than you probably ever considered.

What was your reason for watching this show. A fan of Ueno's? Masami? Ryo? Was is randomly recommended to you? Clearly those are better reasons to pick up a new show. </sarcasm>

I'm sorry you're so irritated by a minority expressing their surprised delight at not being trivialized and ignored for once.

Well if you guys had actually read the posts over at D-Addicts like beem has and myself, you would notice that no one has said they actually are a lesbian (except for one occurrence). Most of the women/girls commenting about their hots for Ruka are just normal straight females and some of them fangirls no less.

Now there could be something I'm missing due to not reading the episode 3 spoilers but I think what beem was implying was that Ruka has been creating a buzz with the women, which he has said before.
