MILF, no no, I think Takeru's Mom? is that.... That's the story I want to find out.
Anyone had any idea why Ruka went to Michiru's mom during the preview for EP4?

That's easy: a Ruka bitch-slap:

It looked like it was to give her money for some reason, but that could just be clever/evil editing.

Mini-rant: It's actually a bit irritating seeing so many people flocking to this show JUST BECAUSE one character is potentially a lesbian (or basically feels something for another girl). Sure, it hasn't been touched upon before so it's controversial... but for a bunch of lesbians to flock to it just for that is really disappointing. Restricting themselves to their own label, perhaps?

I find this post offensive. Lesbians "flock" to this show because they're so desperate for representation. Tell me, what other "lesbian" show would they be watching? Cant think of one? Thats because there are none.
Lesbians are a minority that are hardly recognized by the media. ESPECIALLY in Japan. And when they are, its usually a disappointing stereotype or simply played up to boost the ratings among horny teenage boys.
So when a show comes along that at least tries to be honest in its portrayal of a lesbian character, an doesn't trivialize her, when she's written as an honest to god human being like any other character, its a BIG deal. Lesbians are "flocking" to last friends not simply because of the lesbian character, but because its a GOOD lesbian character. Which is far rarer than you probably ever considered.
What was your reason for watching this show. A fan of Ueno's? Masami? Ryo? Was is randomly recommended to you? Clearly those are better reasons to pick up a new show. </sarcasm>
I'm sorry you're so irritated by a minority expressing their surprised delight at not being trivialized and ignored for once.
