i really want to go but...there a lot of things to take care of..
with my hectic work schedule
plus i'm sort out of money
but, who knows right..because starting next year, me and some friends (of course L'arc fans) will be saving some amount to go to Japan.
if they really held a concert in Philipines, maybe..yeah..maybe we will change the place

Yeah, I consider myself very lucky too. I worked my butt off in order to get myself here and arrived just in time when L'Arc released their materials after a long break 2005-2007. Had I been here earlier or later I wouldn't have stood a chance to go to any of their concerts. I really thank God for making my dreams come true. A couple of years ago I had a dream in which I went to their concert in Tokyo Dome and met them backstage. Last week I couldn't believe that I was in the same place I had seen so many times in the DVD. I didn't meet them backstage though I feel for you guys, I've been their fans for years, wanting so much to go to their concerts yet didn't have money to afford the ticket or the trip. I hope someday your dreams would come true too just like mine did. I know some of you have had the chance to go the Hongkong or Paris Lives, congratulations. For those of you who haven't, don't let go. Who knows what will happen on their 20th anniversary. A world tour maybe? ;-) Keep the faith guys..

PS: Most of my friend here are worried about me, they thought that my liking for L'Arc have gone to unhealthy obsession, since none of them would go cross country alone and spend a fortune just to see their favorite artist. Since they call it 'madness', I prefer 'dedication' instead. Yes, that's just how far I'd go for something I truly love.

Hi there Peggy! Its not a prob! The event was really great though, a lot of the fans showed their love and appreciation for Laruku even in that small way. The bands were all amazing, I really wish you could have been there! Don't be afraid to ask me any questions or anything, I totally understand your concern, lol!

My friends and I are gonna be at the Toycon at the Megamall this Sat. I hope you can be there so we can meet...there are gonna be bands there, and some of them will be performing Laruku songs.

I totally get what you mean! I'm one of the officers for the Laruku Fanclub here in our country (we organize events about them and other stuff), we saw them live in HK, and we buy their stuff online. We spend megabucks on them, but its because we love and support their music, and they give us something in return. its not just the joy of listening to their music, its so much more profound than that!

Hi Peggy, have a fun time posting in this thread. I'm not around as much as I was before, but still trying to keep track of the thread and to contribute when I can.

Some interesting moments on Tokyo Dome concerts:
- When the lights went dim and ken attempted to play the intro of my dear on the keyboard, he hit the wrong key so everyone laughed. The mood of the song, which could've been a touching ballad, was totally ruined within the first few seconds after it started. funny...funny...
- Hyde forgot his lyrics during Stay Away so he had to pretend as if he had done it intentionally and let the audience sang instead.
- Dune 2008 was failing after a few seconds of the intro. The members' expressions were captured on screen, priceless....
- Tetsu P'unk forgot his lyrics during Honey 2007 so he went "dadada....dada..." XD
- When Tetsu stood on the bulwark of the boat-shaped stage a la Kate Winslet in Titanic, horny hyde grabbed him from behind, first wrapped his hands around him but then slowly moved lower and lower and rest on Tetsu's crotch XD all fangirls' dreams of fans service finally had come true during that concert.

I thought Osaka Live was far better than the Tokyo Dome one. The acoustic was better, the hall was darker so that the effects they used on stage looked more intense, the crowd was great!! Not to mention I got better seat and better view of the stage ^^
Hyde seemed to struggle with his voice during the first half of the live, but then got better toward the end. Mr. Android looks a tad bit hotter these days I couldn't stop watching him. Ken was so into it and I love watching him doing some very cool moves with his guitar. Tetsu was genkier, he bounced a lot and since I got a spot on the left wing of the hall, close to the bass stereo, the sound of his bass rocked me to the core. What an experience...
Ken's MC deserved a PG-13 rate. He asked how many ppl amongst the audience knew about 'onani' *thousands raised their hands* and then he went on asking how many of them have ever done it while listening to L'Arc *a few hundreds raised their hands* and then he chuckled "Baka jan..." (How stupid...) XD XD XD He always comes up with something echhi. Parents shouldn't have brought their kids to L'Arc concert, Ken will corrupt them for sure...
What captivated me the most was 15 mins before the show ended. My Heart Draws a Dream was soo...moving when everyone sang an extended chorus of "Yume o Egaku yo...." while the music paused and only Yukki led us with his drum and Hyde sang "Our hearts draw a dream". It was an overwhelming experience that a girl stood next to me cried.
Moving toward the end of the show, Hyde asked to give our best to make the closing song, Hozhizora, to be the most beautiful. The hall went completely dark and starry heaven was projected on the dome ceiling. Everyone put out their hoshizolight (flourescent stick) and swayed them together. The hall had turned into hoshizora itself. Downpour of glitters on stage looked like stardust and I began to tremble. I can still feel it now. It was so beautiful..... All the money I had spent and the long trip was all worth it. What long years I will have to endure not going to L'Arc concerts...

Also, I've been listening to VAMPS' preview of 'Love Addict' in myspace. It's catchy - I like the guitars and the back up vocals going 'hoohoo'
The chorus sounds hyde-like (if you know what I mean - reminds me of 666). But I cannot really say yet if I like it - I'll wait until I'm able to listen to the whole song. The other song, 'Time Goes By', sounds good too.

Anyway, do you guys have the 'The Best of L'Arc~en~Ciel c/w' in 320 kbps? My hard drive got corrupted and I lost most of my files. If anyone has it onegai shimasu
