i really really want to go there.. that's #1 on my wishlist.. i want to know the culture.. the language.. the places and also to meet the hot japanese.. :p

You obviously have access to the Internet so why not search for yourself? There's no motivation like self-interest.

i already tried, this was my last resort. i found lots of international schools but no boarding house.

Why don't you try contacting the Japanese Embassy in the Phillipines for more information...they maybe able to direct you to more information.
