gawd! this is a disappointment... i thought its a good drama but it another formula recipe *aka. fired up teacher + bunch of delinquents*. So its like a cross of GTO and Gokusen + baseball. another, i dont like the main dudes so much *expect for Koide Keisuke*, geez... ill give this up _________________

I dunno~ the drama seems cool and what made me want to watch it because of Ichihara Hayato. Sato Ryuta's in as well~ And the ratings rise too. _________________

The main character, the teacher, Sato Ryuta as Kawoto Koichi. He's kinda funny in Rondo~
This one is Ichihara Hayato as Aniya Keichi. If you look at the picture on the first page, I think he's the one in the middle~

same experience with two above. i decided to give up, there are alot of better dramas tha this. besides, there's gokusen3, same concept.. _________________

"ROOKIES" gets movie, special

The final episode of the TBS drama series "ROOKIES" aired on Saturday. It was announced at the end that the show is getting a movie next year. The current working title is "ROOKIES ~FINAL~," and the show's director Yuichiro Hirakawa will again be in charge.
The drama is originally based on a manga by Masanori Morita about a high school teacher trying to change delinquent students by coaching them as a baseball team. Ryuta Sato will reprise his role as the teacher, with the movie picking up where the drama series left off. His team is also returning for the film.
"ROOKIES ~FINAL~" is scheduled to come out next spring, but TBS has also decided to produce a special episode to be broadcast this fall.

GOOD. I like this drama. While there may be better human drama's, this certainly is not bad and I was quite moved in the 10th episode. Waiting for the final to be out now. Glad to have a SP and a movie.
just finished watching the 2 hrs series this afternoon.
lol sad to see that not many ppl watching this drama, actually i kinda like this storyline much more then the Gokusen Series, at least this drama is not as repeative every episode, the flow of this drama is good too.
This is more of like GTO + Crows Zero + Baseball like most will say.
well i'll be looking forward to the special and also the movie next year ^^ _________________
