It's hard for me to literally translate to English, however I'll give it a shot.

Hayasugiruyo - It was too/so fast

Sakki kaettandeshou, soushite mata ikutsumorika - You just came back, and then you want (intend) to leave again?

Fuzakeruna Watashi wo tsuretetteyo~ - *insulting phrase* (ie: "get real", "F@%$ you, @$$hole, etc), take me with you/let me go with you.

also would i say, kore wa kudasai (this please, when referencing to a particular item on a menu to the waitress??), or hoshi desu ga kudasai(when referring to a few particular items when ordering??

If you want to order something to keep it simple...I might say.

"Kore ni shimasu" <I'll take this>

"XXX ni shimasu <I'll take/have XXX>

Hey, sorry for the belated reply. (new job schedule is nuts)

anyways, "chanto shite" would be literally translated as "do it correctly/exactly".

Chanto = Correctly/Exactly/Precise
Shite = Do (It)/Do (subject)

If you want to say it properly then it goes like this.
"Arigatou gozaimasu. Yoi ichinichi wo."

But usually, We don't use the phrase 'have a nice day' that much.
So instead, you can use "soredewa" or "jaa mata".
It means "see you (next time)".
