I think if she combs her hair behind her ears, it gives that effect, making her face seem wider and/or chubbier... If her hair covers her ears, he face looks narrower/slimmer.

I find it rather hard to believe that it's the only project she's working on... I think there's other stuff, but it's not public yet.

^Well Last Friends probably has its own thread on this site, so I don't want to get into it here. But like I said, the characters were just so dull. When characters are so flat they make the show boring.

I kind of noticed those, too. I mean, in Swing Girls, she was a "cute girl" with those braids and cheeks. But along the way, her jawline became more pronounced and we saw her "grow" into a "fine gorgeous woman".

But maybe it's just me who likes "perfect jawline" wimmenz (think of those hot Irish ladies Cath Zeta-Jones, Kate Beckingsale, etc ).

We girls do have standards. Well...at least I do. I have to say that I'm one of those who really are disappointed by the outcome of the series, but I just can't stop watching Juri making the series into her own show. Even if there are so many flaws the fact that Juri is in there kinda rescued the ratings. Guess what would've happened if someone else got the Ruka role. I don't think anyone could've made that role better than Juri-chan. ^^

believe me...if LF didn't have that many popular actors/actresses in it...it would have been a big flop.

seriously...after watching LF I knew I would start hating the actress, who played michiru...what's her name again...masami? Well...I don't think she got any charisma or acting skills and she has been acting for so long?? I mean her crying scenes seem to be soooooo soooo fake. I kinda got annoyed by her wide smile...it looked kinda weird. xD

^Yeah, when I heard that both Masami and Juri were going to be in LF, I knew it was going to have good rating because both actresses are popular.

I've only seen Masami in like 2 shows and a movie, but yeah, she plays all her characters the same way. She's just on screen because of her looks.

Juri's character should have been the main character in LF, that might have changed something.

Actually, I think the writers expanded the role of the the guy who played that scumball Sosuke to jack up the ratings... Every week always had this loon lurking in the background just to appease the clueless fangirls.

well the japanese girls like the guy who played sousuke. Ryo, I think was his name. ^^ If they had killed him too soon, ratings would have dropped and the last episode would have gotten less ratings than the other competing drama series for that season. I think it was "change".

Personally, I don't even think she is even pretty. She's average looking to me. *no offense*It takes more than good-looks to impress me. xD Cuz I'm a girl myself so it has to take something to make me admire someone of the same gender. (see Juri-chan. xD I'm obsessed with her acting. xD )
