Out of shower and about to make Airi style eggs for my girls. What is Airi style you ask? Whisk 3 eggs with a little water, salt, and sugar real good. Pour into large pan with hot olive oil. Work real quick to roll the mixture up from the edge into about 1.5 inch folds. You know, so it comes out long and flat with many layers. Slice it into 1.5 inch cross-sections. Now here's the special part.... on the each of the serving plates put some ketchup in the shape of a heart. Thanks Airi!

Making stuffed cabbages. Gotta make two different styles... Japanese and Hungarian since there's only one person that like the tomato, sauer kraut, sour cream, and paprika taste. That's cool.
