Watched second ep of Voice. Same fare as first ep. Boring. And first ep of Zeni Geba. Looks miserable and depressing, but interesting. _________________

No I haven't. But I have to admit I was seriously tempted to watch it.
Ignore the previous poster... It isnt that bad...it has some good episodes, particularly the ones with Ryo (the actress, not the JE guy)...but I'm biased...Me gusta mucho Ryo!!! _________________
I love the cast, and the style of the show. It's just got a good feel to it.
But the writing is starting to frustrate me.
In these early episodes the eldest brother is supposed to come up with these devilishly clever plans. The set up is great. But the plans themselves are anything but clever. _________________

I'm almost done the final epi of Bengoshi no Kuzu. This has been such a fun drama! I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Whaddya know, there's finally something we don't agree on. I didn't like this drama very much, and ralph liked it even less. If I had a choice as to which is a more disgusting character, Kuzu or Stresseman from Nodame, it'd be a toss up. But not to worry, Geezer liked Bengoshi no Kuzu, so you're still in good company.

I finished Ai wo kudasai in two days.
Watched it almost non-stop whenever I was in front of my PC.
Kanno Miho was great in this. By the end of the series, I feel like I know intricately all kinds of things about what Ririka (Kanno Miho) is like as a person, and the pains and transformations she went through. I didn't realize what a star she is until now.
As for the series itself... There was no especially powerful insights for me. Despite being a bit repetitive and slow, and Rirka dwelling on her loneliness and vengefulness for quite some time, the dialogue and people felt genuine and sincere, and there were also some touching moments. By the end, I felt it had some healing effects for me. The writing and support cast were both good, with well developed supporting characters. I would recommend this for those who have trouble coming to terms with their misfortunes or loneliness, but it can be a chore for those who have no such problem. It can be quite depressing.
I think I am going to watch other series with Kanno Miho next.

I'm sorry to say I simply cannot tolerate disgusting things for the sake of I suppose shocking the watcher. That nose picking was totally unnecessary and immeadiately turned the series off for me. But I'm glad many others enjoyed it.... maybe I'm too sensitive...
Minna Mukashi wa Kodomo Datta Ep. 7, while reviewing the subs that xploring did Thanks xploring. The kids are so good in this series!
Ep. 7 subs are posted at d-addicts.
*Edit* xploring, you're going to love Churasan. Kanno Miho is awesome in that too, even though she's not the lead.
Minna Mukashi which started so slow is now going to rank as one of my all time favorites... It's reached the point where I don't want it to end. Ryoko chan is superb and Eita in a supporting role is as always a master at his craft. The children are priceless.
Speaking of Kanno Miho, just downloaded and watched the first episode of Tomorrow. Halfway through I was spellbound.... awesome suspense. Now I'll wait until KXLA shows it and record the better quality of the two available options.
